I've only read the first book, The Kingless Crown, but I enjoy it so far. It gives Game of Thrones vibes, but this series is actually finished. 😂 Definitely throw it on your TBR list!

You should read the broken kingdom series. A lot of questions are answered in that series. It’s a beautiful series

Some of the dialogue was so cringe 😅 the “for I” drive me nuts 😂 the author wanted her characters to sound like Shakespeare but it was lost considering how modern they talked for most of the book. Also when the big reveal happened that her parents were not the ones that tortured Erick… maybe I wasn’t paying attention but I was lost throughout that whole chapter 😅 All in all I enjoyed it, it was a fun read, I’ll be reading the next book, but I wish we would have gotten a little more explanation on a few things

The Foxhole Court synopsis is misleading about who's the love interest (I learned the hard way LOL). It turns out to be another team member not the one from Neil's childhood. I just got a Fate Inked in Blood on audiobook, so if becomes the monthly pick it's perfect timing.

I literally cried when they cut the heart bond our of Livia and then at the end when they got it back. The romance between Livia and Eric was done so well I fell in love with them. I haven't read the mist thief yet (I thought it was like a standalone or something) and I know there's another coming out, but I really hope if their story continues that Livia and Eric have their HEA. I also loved the little affirmations that Eric would give Liva were always so friggin cute!

Really enjoyed the discussion! The physical book was out of stock for awhile so I caved and listened to the audiobook. Loved Gabriel's narration. Feels good to be caught up because I can finally listen to you guys discuss.

Thank you both for your podcast! The dynamic between James and his dad is one of conditioning and obedience. He controls James‘ life from the beginning. That’s the reason he acts so drastically. Ruby is a threat to Mortimer control over James. The chess scene shows us how his dad is trying to teach him to be ruthless.

I don't think james was jealous.... He was afraid that Ruby might share something she saw ....✌️

the girl from the first scene is Alister's sister .... The one from the golf scene and the one from the party, danceing scene ...✌️ Also they showed her at Maxton hall school few time...

This was a fun listen. I loved all of the rambling at the end. 😂 A book recommendation I have that has “places” in it is A Perfect Vintage by Chelsea Fagan. The majority of the book takes place in a French chateau, and was a fun read. Have a great trip!

She never believed that Shanann aha did lupus or allergies. I hated that CINDY just had to push & test her but Papa Ronnie pushing the girls photos to the side with hand flip. Chris sister Jamie was a respiratory therapist, she knew how sever nut allergies could be that side effect of death. Shanann had to fight for Chris, he had not been home in 2 years & dayof pregnancy he was talking to side chick Nicki & had been with her after work.
