If anyone is having trouble with the first one, it must be a NATURALLLY generated chest (villages, strongholds etc) and you cannot open the chest. So place the piston down and it should be working

All it does is delete the items for me. Maybe the timing is off but i see you mining as soon as you put items in a chest. Other vids say wait 20 seconds after you put the items in the chest. Currently attempted on 1.20.5 and it seems to be patched by just deleting items

I think they're both good versions of the game wirh their own respective advantages (CE's polished feel and stability, BE's ability to do infinite worlds and servers,) but the Console Edition was way better than Bedrock Edition. Comparing the two is like comparing apples to oranges.
