This is the center of the undercarriage on my 1929 Panel Delivery. In this, you will see the engine pan, the transmission, the driveshaft housing, the differential and a bit of the floorboards.

This is the left hand side of the undercarriage on my 1929 Panel Delivery. In this, you will see the engine compartment pans (which are powder-coated), the batteryr, the running board brackets, the cross shaft for the brakes, the floorboards, some of the tail light wiring and some bright bolts!

This is the right hand side of the undercarriage on my 1929 Panel Delivery. In this, you will see the engine compartment pans (which are powder-coated), the stainless steel Airies muffler, the running board brackets, the cross shaft for the brakes, the floorboards, some of the tail light wiring and some bright bolts!

I'm not sure how to keep myself out of the picture here. This old truck is so doggone shiny! I tried to hit the highpoint but I'm sure I've missed some cool parts. Pinstripes, signs and spare tire cover were hand-painted by John Hannukaine of Olympia, WA. Extreme metal work was done by Alyn Swedberg of Centralia, WA. Paint was done by Rick Silva of Chehalis, WA. The rest of it was done by me!

This is just a short video of a "Cold Start" of my 1929 Panel Delivery. The Panel had been sitting in the unheated shop for a few weeks without being started...or cleaned, obviously! This is a "numbers matching" truck. You may notice that I am running a Tillitson carburetor rather than the original Zenith.

My Belly Tank Racer is powered by a Ford V8-60. It is coupled to a stock transmission from the same era.
