I love mine.

I had a Ural & loved it although it was a bike where you had to do some constant tinkering, the sidecar had been converted to go on the left hand side though which made it easier to ride in the UK, some great bikes there although I never understand the reason why some riders rev & hold it to the rev limiter seems a bit pointless to me.

Bought an 02 M2 last year and I’m so into it but she needs some work. Just had to replace plugs n wires and she’s running great again.

Nice condition T90 but not fully to specification for the 1963 model.

The Tiger 90s a lovely example of a fine machine. A real credit to someone. In my opinion it's just a shame about the Siamese pipes.

Sorry I haven't responded back sooner. As to value that is very subjective as prices can vary wildly. Aust market US and UK are very much what takes your fancy. US prices are significantly cheaper than UK and Aus. As to a starting point make a real assessment of the engine because that's where the money goes. If the engine is a dud you would get more return from breaking it for the parts. Sounds harsh but the price of parts are getting stratospheric now for these bevels. Again it all depends how far you want to go with resto. My own 860 owned from new(not original) and restored has had heaps of time and cash expended on it and yet would probably achieve the same price as a good second hand Darmah. I won't sell mine because it was my first Ducati and its part of the family.

I use to see one of these parked on the road to Eastboure,,it was there for ages (that was when they where worth nowt) really should have liberated it...

It's an 860 gts, not a Darmah. At the very least that is a $7000 AUD engine rebuild. I suppose it depends on how close you want to get to the original that is not a cheap rebuild.

Good-looking bike. Almost bought one in '83. Got a secondhand XT500 instead. Portugal return three times and Greece return once on it from England.

If you've no experience riding a hard tail, you are in for a bumpy one 😂 As for paintwork, I've always found satin black from a rattle can to be more than adequate 😂
