so how much tension is the film under at those corners? does that make those corners more prone to loosing their shape?

Literally vinyl wrap lol
Its thicker so rock chips wont tear it (still probably leave a mark on the wrap). And light scratches will heal back from heat application

A roll of this is about $1200. Expensive, but you get what you pay for considering it comes with a 5 year warranty and is TPU PPF. It's really good on sharp edges, it just needs some heat on the corners. We'll be doing a video on installing it soon.
How much is a full body ppf wrap installation gonna costv
It's going to depend on the shop that installs it for you. Average full body cost is between $6k - $7k with a 5 year warranty.

Unless the whole body ppf wrap is less than 5k, traditional vinyl is not going away.
& twice as expensive
It's only 30% more expensive than traditional vinyl wrap. A good deal if you consider the benefits imo.
