Hey, y’all! I'm Kelsey & I wear a lot of hats. I'm a wife, mother, business owner, and bible teacher. But one of my favorites is bible teacher. I teach people how to bible journal and actually understand the word of God. We will laugh and sometimes we cry but we always see Jesus in every teaching & we have fun while we learn!
I also run a shop that is full of bible journaling supplies and Christian items and I have all my favorite bibles linked in my Amazon Storefront. I do live coffee talks on Mon, Thurs, and Fri at 7:30AM EST and Tues nights at 7PM EST - live on TikTok and here on RUclips. There will be new videos every Thursday about bible studies, journaling, and answering hard questions. & a new podcast every Wednesday. Also catching replay a month later, I don't understand why you were invited there for the other woman of God to want to take over from everyone learning an growing from all you can teach us. Not saying she couldn't as well, but Kelsey you are far in your walk with the Lord an I just feel on these retreats you should be the one speaking and teaching. we can all learn from others story's but I just felt that was kind of rude 😕 Much love and I pray I can one day attend a retreat. My hubby works nights so I stay up with him to keep him awake so I am just going to sleep at 6:30am. So I love replays… Also I write so much I need to stop so often I couldn’t watch lives and keep notes. I wish I could participate with you all it seems like a lot of fun!!!!

Suggestion: I don’t know how they do it, but if you could put the section time bars on your videos so those of us who maybe don’t have 90min to sit with you can jump to the Bible study part, I personally would appreciate it! Love your videos and you have definitely helped me get back in to my Bible and time with the Lord ❤

Who was Johns audience? Was it Jews and them looking at the Kingdom at hand? Or was it Gentiles looking to be saved? John never mentions the cross. John 3:16 says, For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever shall believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. Where is the cross mentioned? Its not. John is teaching the same thing Jesus was. What did Jesus tell Israel? Look at John 8:24 "I said therefore unto you, (Israel), that ye shall DIE in your sins, for if ye believe not that I am he, ye shall die in your sins." John is teaching the samething Jesus is. Now look at Matthew 15:24 "But He answered and said, "but I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel." Jesus is telling this to a Gentile woman from Canaan. Why? Well, the answer is in the verse. Jesus earthly ministry was ONLY to Israel. It was still Judiasm, not Christianity. Only Jews were Gods chosen people. Deuteronomy 7:6-9 God chose the Israelites because He loved them and kept the oath He had sworn to their Fathers. God chose Israel, Jesus was prophesied to Israel, in Isaiah 7:14 "Behold a virgin shall concieve, and bear a son, and shall call His name Immanuel." This is all Judiasm, Gentiles in those days had to convert to Judiasm. Jesus tells Nichodeamus, a Pharisee of the Jews to be born again. He doesnt tell a single Gentile to be born again. Again, ask why not? Jesus was of the Jews. The apostle Paul tells us that He was made of a woman born under the Law. Who was the Law given to? Israel in the Old Covenant. When Jesus came it was under the Old Covenant witn Israel.
This is important when it comes to salvation. Why? Because Mathhew, Mark, Luke, and John did not know Christ was gonna die for the sins of all who would believe. How do I know that? Luke 9:22-23 Jesus tells them that He must suffer many things, be put to death and raised again. If Peter knew the purpose of this Peter would not have cut off the soldiers ear. Peter had no understanding of why Christ had to die. Later, Peter accuses Israel of crucifing the Lord of Glory. Read Acts 2:14 and Acts 2:23, 36) Peter didn't understand nor know of the work that was accomplished on the cross. It was a mystery to them. Jesus revealed a mystery to Paul. That Paul should glory in the cross. That Jesus shed His blood and died for sins, was buried, and rose again the third day. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. That salvation is a gift based on God's grace thru faith alone apart from works. We are saved by Paul's Gospel. Not of works or efforts, not by just believing in Jesus as Israrl had to do. They still had to be obedient to the Law and do the works. Read James letter to the 12 tribes. Learning to rightly divide the Scriptures as Paul tells is Jesus commands us to do, helps us understand God. Peace and grace of Christ our Lord to you.
How does a person get saved? Where is it found in the Bible?

@honestynewsome9233 Salvation today is only found in Paul's epistles. I asked a question to see if Kelsey understood. After watching her quote John 3:16, I know she doesn't. So, I ask people like you and Kelsey to answer the following: ASK YOURSELF THIS: "Why did Jesus tell a Gentile woman this?" Matthew 15:22-24 22 And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil. 23 But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us. 24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel." If you are following Jesus in the red letters, why did He say this to a Canaanite woman? He came for everyone in the 4 Gospels, so why did He say this? A few other questions: Why were His 12 disciples all Jews? Why did Jesus come under the Old Covenant? Why were Jews the only ones foretold of a baby being born of a Virgin? Gentiles were never told this. Why is did Jesus tell Nichodeamus, a Jewish pharisee to be born again? Jesus is recorded speaking to Gentiles but never tells one of them to be born again. Then ask yourself why did Paul say to follow him as he follows Christ. See, 2 Timothy 2:15 says we are to rightly divide the Scriptures. I can read a book on Physics but if I don't understand how to apply it, I will teach others incorrectly because I don't fully grasp it. The Bible is the same. It's not all to us. Especially when it says clearly, "Israel". That's to them. The Body of Christ is only found in Paul's epistles where there is niether Jew nor Gentile, but one body we are made a part of when we believe 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. I am no longer a Gentile, but a Saint, saved and sealed. I am not attacking, but rather trying to see lost people who think they are saved, how to truly be and know it. Peace and grace of our Lord Christ Jesus be to you.
