Vielen Dank für deinen Kommentar! Da wir jeden Tag weitergefahren sind, haben wir zumindest das große Geschäft immer unterwegs auf öffentlichen Toiletten erledigt. Gerade Plumpsklos gibt es in Norwegen ja an jeder Ecke. Fürs kleine Geschäft geht es natürlich auch mal in die Natur, aber das ist ja ganz natürlich und macht jedes Tier so. Papier haben wir natürlich nicht hinterlassen. Allgemein haben wir Plätze immer sauberer hinterlassen als wir sie vorgefunden haben.

@@GustavOnTour Hallo Gustav, danke für die Antwort. Ich wünsche mir nur das die Camper sich Gedanken machen. Wenn wir das nicht machen wird das Freistehen und Wildescampen bald nicht mehr erlaubt sein. Und in Deutschland ist auch das kleine geschäft in der Natur verboten...... ja ich weiß habe ich auch schon gemacht, aber wenn man es mal weiß macht man sich eben mehr Gedanken. Ich bin in meinem Wohnwagen autark und ohne Chemie-Toilette unterwegs. Liebe Grüße aus dem Süden und weiterhin eine gute Zeit.

Thank you for your comment and sorry for the late response. We think exactly the same as you, therefore please let us clarify some points: 1. We totally agree with your point that sleeping in nature only works if you stick to a few rules. We totally distance ourselves from other tourist who leave rubbish in the environment etc. We ALWAYS left the places cleaner than we found them and left nothing behind! We experienced fireplaces in the middle of nowhere that were full of rubbish - which is a shame! Several times, we filled entire rubbish bags and threw them in the nearest public rubbish bin. 2. We never drove on "untouched nature". It is correct, that we sometimes uses smaller side roads, but we never drove "offroad" or past prohibistion signs. We're totally aware of the fact that nature needs years to recover (especially in the North with its short summers). All the places we drove to were easily accessible via official roads (which were of course also used by Norwegians). When we have found places via Park4Night, we often left a comment in the app saying that overnighting is not allowed anymore - just to prevent a real prohibition and protect them from more tourists. 3. We were really shocked about the behaviour of many campers, especially on the Lofoten. The islands were totally overcrowded with people parking and sleeping in driveways, in the middle of the road or directly in front of prohibition signs. Of course, we used campsites in those regions. When we were unsure if staying overnight is okay, we kindly asked locals. 4. You probably refer to the drone footage of Rago Nationalpark. All the footage was taken outside the borders of the park with just one exception: The short sequence from 18:48 - 19:00 was indeed taken whithin the park. We apologise for that and agree with you that this was misbehaviour! We will never do that again and will put a disclaimer to our video. In general, we are extremely thankful for all Norwegians who welcome foreign tourists and campers as guests. The possibility to enjoy the untouched and unpolluted nature is outstanding and not self-evident. Unfortunately, some tourists (not only campers, also bus tourists etc.) show misbehaviour which is a shame! We completely understand and share your frustration! We will defenitely visit your beautiful country again and will then have your comments in mind. Wherever possible, we will try to point this out to other tourists. If you have any comments, please let us know.

Yes, I think exactly that and wrote it in a comment. Unfortunately, there are too many stupid people who don't respect this nature and leave it as it should. I will pay close attention to this when I visit Norway. Ja ich denke genau so und habe das in einem Kommentar geschrieben. Leider gibt es zu viele dumme Menmschen die diese Natur nicht respektieren und so wieder verlassen wie es sich gehört. Ich werde bei meinem Besuch in Norwegen sehr darauf achten.

​@@Norsehiker Thanks for your answer. Again, we totally agree with you. The spot at 30:37, we only found because there were two (Norwegian 😉) vans standing on the rocks. But I will put a disclaimer to the video too and you are right that these are not spots to camp.

Yes it is. There's a ferry from Botnhamn on Senja to Brensholmen. But the schedule is not that great and it runs only few times a day. In 2021, we had to wait 3 hours and decided to go via roads. And in 2023, there were hundreds of cars before us and the ferry was full. So again, we drove via roads.

@@maltevo3802 gibt ja auch den ein oder anderen Anwärter für die Platzierungen.. Ich bin halt extra nur für den einen streckenabschnitt wo auch das Denkmal für die Bergbau Arbeiter ist, hingefahren nachdem ich davon in nem Video Bilder gesehen hab. Die Landschaft hat mich einfach komplett abgeholt.

Thank you for your interest in the videos! You're right that the long stops should have been cutted. In later videos, I did so. The waiting in this video might be the longest one. Video is that smooth because I was filming in real time and sped up afterwards 🙂

@@GustavOnTour Good. We are doing similar things in our videos. I have a stop sign feature where I freeze signs as they pass so that you can read them (at 5x hyperlapse, they go past too fast otherwise). I like the way you keep the tunnel signs on right through to the end of the tunnel, in case you've forgotten to read it and need to know whether you can go and make a coffee or not without missing scenery! Also, the speed limits and other signs keep you interested. I did some of my videos at 2x but I found the GoPro stabilisation wasn't as good, plus the videos are much longer, so it takes more time to edit and find music! You haven't any info in your About page, so I assumed you were from Norway. Keep going - I won't be satisfied until every road in the work has been hyperlapsed!

No problem ☺️ To be honest, I don't know about the exact rules in Norway. In Germany, the pedestrians should have green light in that situation too, as well as the towards coming traffic. I don't know why they don't have here. You can see that they have red light when you stop just at the right point. But there are so few traffic lights in Norway that I won't worry too much about it 😉

@@GustavOnTour Ahh that's a relief!! (to hear there aren't that many) I bookmarked Aksla from your video. Looking to park there to explore Alesund on foot. We're flying to Alesund and driving from there. Only driving a bit in town Alesund, then mostly in the countryside / away from towns.

@@cheesiechimp Sounds nice :) You can also park on top of Aksla mountain (which we tried ad the end of the previous video) and walk down. There are very limited spaces. But you should visit the viewpoint definetely.

In Norway you must ALWAYS yield to pedestrians, only at traffic lights are the rules different, there the pedestrians have to wait for green light. All other crossing types give right of way to the pedestrian.

Danke für den Kommentar! Also wenn ihr NUR auf die Lofoten wollt, sollte das in 17 Tagen zu schaffen sein. An- und Abreise je ca. 5 Tage und ca. 7 Tage vor Ort. Wenn ihr das erste Mal in Norwegen seid, würde ich aber immer erstmal den Süden erkunden und nicht daran vorbeifahren. Schöner sind die Lofoten auch nicht. Süden UND Lofoten würde ist in 17 Tagen fast unmöglich! Wir sind pro Tag mal 2 Stunden, mal 6 gefahren. Ihr müsst beachten, dass ihr in Norwegen sehr langsam vorankommt.

Hallo, wir haben 10.000km in Full-HD non-stop durchgefilmt. Dadurch kamen ca. 2TB (!) zusammen. Wir hatten eine entsprechend große Festplatte mit und haben da zwischendurch von der SD (256GB) raufkopiert (über Laptop). Das Video ist mit Magix Video Deluxe erstellt. Geplant ist, die Videos nach und nach hier auf dem Kanal hochzuladen - 16 gibt es schon ;)

Ja die 13 ist wirklich stellenweise nicht ohne, vor allem nördlich von Odda. Wir sind ab Stavanger gleich auf die 13 gefahren und nicht über die E134. Die genaue Route ist in der Infobox verlinkt :)

Hallo aus der Schweiz . Wir würden gerne mit dem Auto bis ans Nordkap hoch und Bergen , Trondheim Bodo , Lofoten und Tromso auf der Route besuchen. Zurück dann über Schweden ohne grossen Stop . Ich weiss ist ein wenig kurz , aber da wir alle berufstätig sind gehts nicht anders. 18-20 Tage ? Ist das machbar ? Gruss

@@oktaykandoglu9903 Machbar ja, aber ihr werdet jeden Tag min. 5 Stunden im Auto sitzen, eher länger. In Norwegen kommt man unfassbar langsam voran. Gerade für die Lofoten sollte man eigentlich mehrere Tage einplanen. Aber versuchen würde ich es.

@@GustavOnTour Also nur so viel . Wir sind eigentlich aus der Türkei und landen immer in Istanbul. Dann mit dem Auto runter in den Süden . Sind auch an die 1000 Kilometer 😊 Für die Lofoten habe ich 2 Übernachtungen eingeplant . Neuhausen am Rheinfall bis Hirtshals fahren wir durch . Sind 3 Fahrer. Sollten wir in 12 Stunden schaffen. Erst in Kristiansand fängt dann der Urlaub an . Habe so pro Tag mit 350 Kilometer geplant . Eventuell mieten wir uns ein Wohnmobil. Mal schauen . Danke sehr für deine Antwort 🙏

Moin, da hänge ich mich mal ran. Einige Tunnel sehen sehr schmal und nicht allzu hoch aus. Nach Eurer Einschätzung, kommt man da überall mit nem Wohnmobil durch ohne sich das Dach abzusäbeln? 😬 Sehr schönes Video. Kurze, schnelle Takes und viele Fotos. Das gefällt mir sehr. @@fscs17 Danke für den netten Kommentar, das freut uns zu hören! Die Tunnel sind definitiv kein Problem, alle sind min. 3,8m hoch, eher 4m. Wir hatten mal einen mit 3,5m auf einer Nebenstraße, das war aber schon die absolute Ausnahme. Grundsätzlich fahren auch LKW (Müllabfuhr etc.) bis in die hintersten Ecken.

Hallo, die Mautgebühren sind zu vernachlässigen (meist einstellige Beträge, nördlich von Trondheim gar keine mehr). Die Fähren sind tatsächlich recht teuer. Wir sind 12x Fähre gefahren und haben dafür ca. 200 Euro gezahlt (davon aber allein 6x auf der Fv17 Helgelandküste). Hinzu kommen große Fähren wie auf die Lofoten und Hirtshals-Kristiansand. Mit einem größeren Fahrzeug schnell das doppelte.
