if you're looking for a clearer guide, there is another restaurant guide which i explain everything on how to operate a restaurant, this video only features what is new when you upgrade a normal restaurant to luxury

@@gabrielepierattelli3948 oh sure so if you want to profit from luxury restaurant you must burn money from hiring expert employee (4x wage) to build rating, but the trick is do it at level 1 restaurant so you lose less money :) after you reached 9 - 10 ratings you can stop the restaurant and upgrade it to level 5 - 10 based on your budget, then open it again but this time don't use professional employees and try to upgrade the variety of your menu as well as food quality. The key to easily profit from restaurant is GREAT CMO! preferably 35 - 40 skills CMO, if you do all those steps with poor CMO i'm afraid you can't really profit from it so make sure to get a great CMO and i guarantee you can profit well doing those steps :)

@@flyswat2104 um no, when you scrap the physics lab, you will get its building materials then you can use those building materials to build other buildings, you only lose value when you scrap buildings that has level 3 or higher :)

restaurant is not an easy industry to jump in because it requires you to burn money, the key to running a profitable restaurant mainly comes from your CMO, your CMO should be around 45 - 40+ skill as well as your menu and quality of the food :)
