For sure it has all the other appliances so a fridge would be a nice selling point. in Canada. I rarely see new homes for sale without the whole package and if they don’t have the fridge, they don’t have a stove or a dishwasher either or microwave 🫡😁 in this case I would make the realtor buy me that fridge out of his commission!!!!!!

Everyone is affected by this economy; and there is a high demand for new construction housing . Would you prefer for them not to build homes for people who can afford them?

I am an independent agent, I would agree brightland and highland homes are very great builders in central texas.
