Has any1 experienced getting dizzy after being in a red light bed @ a salon? I do! Not sure if that's good or bad. I had a pretty severe (untreated-as I hate going 2 drs) concussion a yr ago (put me in bed 4 several days, huge black/purple eye & got very dizzy when I laid down in bed @ night for almost a yr....which has gone away FINALLY!). I started red light therapy due to 26 yr long 24/7 chronic pain from back injury, Fybromyalgia, Osteoarthritis, & more. I'm very interested in why I get dizzy AFTER getting out of Red Light bed! Is it healing or hurting my brain? Know owner of salon, trust him, but told him no pain relief (I go 3/4x's a wk as cannot leave house daily), & was told give it more time as 26 years of pain will not be fixed overnight. 1st 2 sessions I felt GREAT! Nothing since. Do I keep going? Dizziness is FINALLY gone from concussion, so am wondering why I'm so dizzy after 15-20 mins of red light full bed therapy? Have noticed big tummy scar from anterior back fusion (back surgery #2 in 2000) is looking smooth & lighter. NICE! Also, hair (alopecia) is growing (PTL!), after 8 yrs of horrific stress being THE SOLE, 100% DISABLED, CAREGIVER of BOTH elderly parents w/DIFFERENT DEMENTIAS, cancer, & on & on (& yes, I pulled their FULL weight, dad 160 lbs. @ 1st!). My body's been thru H*ck, 2 say the least, DAILY since 2017. Last parent died 4-15-24, dad 10 mos. b4 that! No1 came! Me-ALONE! Flowers yes. Hugs-no! Turn 60 n Nov. Want red light 2 work-prefer natural! Want OFF meds! But dizziness concerns me. Goes away w/i few mins., but pretty severe @ 1st getting out of bed-must hold on2 something. Thx 4 any help! Blessings 2 all!

The concern with pregnant women is at times during the gestation period some say blue light is created inside the womb/placenta/baby to have the baby take on more fat to use after birth to rapidly grow out the brain. Red light at the wrong time could be harmful.

thanks for a well put together short and to the point video,, i would take out number 4 as i intuitively noticed that salt has absolutely no influence on water retention and you also forgot the biggest villain in water retention and that is processed carbs and sugar,,i have noticed my body can hold on to more water when i consume those things more,,though i thank god do not suffer from edema and actually already do most of the other things ,,what i just said is anecdotal, i still got some learning to do,am hoping to research and find a clip and short article that encompasses the most effective and lease discipline required things you can do to heal edema to send to my mom who is suffering from it,,its so funny to me the idea of someone avoiding salt, but gorging on salt-less processed carbs thinking their water retention will be solved,,but of course its also funny the confidence i express in my opinion when it relies solely on my intuition and have not seen anything yet supporting my claim,,,,,yes i do have a bias towards salt,,based on research and my understanding salt is a scapegoat for many issues whilst the real villain of those issues are ignored,,its actually a peeve of mine someone talking disparagingly about salt,,you got me triggered!!! LOL😊🤪😜

During a Holland America Cruise I started to use their Splenda sweeteners, based on Sucralose. After a week I started to suffer from heart rhythm problems, which disappeared after stopping to use sucralose. Back home, I switched to the Rio brand of sweetener (in stead of using Stevia), which has the same consistency as sugar christals. The heart rhythm problems returned! After throwing this pot of sweetener in the dustbin, my heart returned to normal and has been OK for a year now. Sucralose: DON'T USE IT!!
