Hey! I'm Betty Jo Hyman...my students know me as Mrs. Hy....and this is my online music classroom! I'm a fiction author (BJ Hyman), elementary music teacher, and former drama teacher and director who loves fun. In my classroom, I have one big rule: Respect the T.O.E.!
It's an acronym for
Teachers,
Others,
Equipment.
At the beginning of the year, we discuss what RESPECT means and how you can show respect in different scenarios.
The basic way to look at it is to show kindness and care.

Why sing it so fast?
@@anitacalloway5673 I sang it slower, but shorts are only allowed to be 1 minute long and it was cutting off before the phrase was done. Speeding it up a bit helped with letting it come to a natural end. Maybe I'll do a long form of it this season so I can sing it at the right speed without worry of cut off times. 🤔🙂

Having the tuning on the side was a bit confusing. I thought you were naming the notes of the D minor chord and I was soooooooooo confused
Thanks for the input. I'll keep that in mind for the next time. I was trying to make sure the finger placement was clear by putting the tuning there. Knowing it actually confused you is helpful. Thanks!

Thank you! I'm making these so that my students can follow along and increase their speed on chord changes. I love that shorts will just automatically play over and over and over and over. It does work so that I don't have to!
