I don't think you really can. Vimwiki is a completely different syntax. Latex is kind of a language that gets compiled into PDF.

An interesting take for sure. I definitely agree about the UK example. I have never heard this criticism levelled at Singapore tho. apart from the point that farming is not allowed (which frankly is a bizarre point considering its just a city) I cannot see how the criticism is accurate. Singapore has one of the highest home ownership rates in the world and from my understanding an incredibly liberal economic policy with a shit ton of small enterprises both aimed internationally and locally. I'm open for a counter argument but I just don't see Singapore doing anything like what you described (except for the farming which again is completely understandable cause it is basically a city )
Over 85% of singaporeans live in HDB. The land is owned by PAP and the flat built on the land is leased to singaporeans on a 99 year lease. This is not ownership, it is government ownership. Singapore has one of the lowest rates of home ownership when you really look at the legislation. I am not sure what 'liberal economic policy' means, Singapore mainly panders to MNCs and the only choice you have here is being a worker for some corpo. Most commercial land is also owned by rich ass billionaires abroad who use this place to park money. Lee sold out his people, got rich and ruled over them with an iron fist. Perfect dystopia and a model many countries are trying to emulate.

I'd say move to an 'enlightened' place, but the problem with those places is rise in leftism, dropping birthrates, hedonism, islamic colonization risk and shit like that. Try to find a place with good community values first, then look for enlightenment. The idea is to join the community and take it in a meaningful direction (raise awareness about FOSS, islamic colonization, farming ... shit like that) Spain, Germany Netherlands, Finland ... European countries, but again this is my opinion, and u will need to look furhter. Landscapes can change rapidly.
