Would you sell the files so I could print it myself?
@@shaderu5825 I do plan to sell the files eventually. They're not easy to print and require vary precise settings as to not use a lot of filament so I would have to write out a really long description that I just have not had time to do before posting the files for sale.
Thanks for doing this video on these. Was looking at buying a few
Sweet rig 🤘✌️
I really like what you made there a ton of thought behind the functionality of the COG and the user friendly interface by the user great job and video 🤘✌️
Neat idea🤘✌️
Those tires and wheels are different but seem to work well 🤘✌️
@@shawnrichardson118 they do work well. Plenty of grip but no sidewall flex to roll you over so easily
@@simon5ay5 that makes sense
This indoor course is epic 👌🤘✌️
Very nice
Great rig 🤘✌️
Cool rig and nice video thanks I hit the subscribe button
Great ideas thanks mine is getting the full brass treatment soon I have rims and steering doing the motor plate and suspension hopefully the servos hold up I hit the subscribe button
Why v2 bronco is so slow compared to v1 deadbolt. Why is v1 a loud grinder sound. My v1 is all greased.
Very very cool! Love that fs stuff with carrier bearings def way it’s going… Almost makes me want to work on my 1/24 stuff.
Why do u change the transmission what happened to the washer
That battery trey is a great idea
Both rigs are nice good job 👍🏾
Nice crawling Thomas I love the way this rig moves around the course
Man I’ve been having so much binding cuz of this ! And now the lug nuts that came with the hex extensions don’t reach to be tightened enough so they fall off any suggestions ? I have scx24 jlu. Only thing I can think of is getting longer nuts but can’t find any longer than 6mm or 8mm
Nice 👍🏾
Would you be willing to send me one to try out? This is so clean!
Wow never wanted one of these until right now thank you!!
How did you hook the servo straight to the battery? As the battery only had a positive and negative and the servo has 3 wires?
The sense wire still has to go to the esc only the positive and negative go to battery
Very nice. Looks great stretched. Always a good thing as long as belly isn’t getting stuck t on often that angle should help real well though’
Freaking sweet dude. Having access to 3d printing is game changing. I used someone else’s design for a UTB18, but going to soon have my 1/10 sporty chassis all done. Yours is phenomenal….ima fan of boa, on my cricket chassis which is a printed one I bought best part esc and battery on the front axle. Must climb like a beast. It gets tight quick w electronics
Thank you. I'm very happy how it's coming out. I've got a 3d printed BOA mount as well on my other rig. It can work well in the right vehicle
Wow! Awesome engineering mate, that is such a smart set up 👌 I love how you have compartments for the esc/reciever and solutions for link and suspension mounting. Very smart 🤙🤙
if there was any thing in that trailer it would be done
Thank you for the ideas. Are those stock plastic servo horns on the EcoPowers that you painted/sharpied red? Or are they aluminum? Looking for aftermarket aluminum horns but no luck for the EcoPower 827 yet. Another night Strung out on RC 😵💫 Thanks again!
They are just painted red 😁
Sweet thank you 👍🏻
Very cool indoor course!!!
Thank you it still needs a lot of work but it's coming out nicely
Cool course set up! And good lines with the trailer in tow!
You are the best. Internet is dependent on people like you
NICE VIDEO MAN
💪💯 You could always spray 3m adhesive spray and sprinkle sand on the places you need traction. That's how I did my course anyways. Looks fun!!! 💯
Nice pointers 👍 I've got a 50 lb bag of sand to throw down when I put the top layer of paint down I need to get going on finishing the track 😁 I'll try that if I need spots with more traction after that
Where dud you get lights?
I bought a 50 pack of 3mm red leds and a 50pack of white LEDs and drilled holes in the cab for them to use as headlights and taillights
@@simon5ay5 you had to wire them?
@@OGKDOG104 yes wired it up myself left them separate from the stock rock lights 👍
I'm pretty jelly of that course
Man dig the run video!! The guy who commented before is stupid. Don’t shit on someone else’s thing running videos are what RC enthusiasts wanna see. Well a lot of em. But 🍻✌️😁
Wow cool rig dude!! That thing is Awsome!!! And cool indoor course! Big sub at ya!! Check me out sometime!!!
💪💯
💪💯
Is that the stellar transmission you are using with the brushless set up?
I'm using the Hot racing over drive transmission. I did some more work yesterday and was able to leave the upper links in the stock location by putting an oring under the front transmission bolt leaning the motor backwards slightly missing the link mounts
Anyone maybe have links to the parts used?
The steering links a.co/d/0aaPLbJ
That course is killer!🤙🏻
Thanks it's been a lot of work and still so much to do but it's coming together nicely👍
nice, I don't wanna be a smart ass but you need the GND in the Ch2 and Ch3.... be carefull without, it can damedge the servo
care to share the details on how you did that?
Awesome build man
Are problems with the mother being week as bad as everyone is making them out to be and are the stock servos holding out ? Im looking to get back into micro crawling and I'm in-between the scx24 or the ax24... I'm glad to have found your chance ,you give solid advice and actually give a good amount of detail without going through everything like it's rocket science.... Thanks for the helpful tips
If you don't add a ton of brass the stock motor is decent. But if you don't add a bunch of brass it falls over to easy so it's a balance. I have 3 of my 6 with stock motors the others have 66t hot racing motors. I would love to go brushless they are amazing but it's a lot of money
@@simon5ay5 thank you very much the information,I was concerned it was wine of those situations where you have to sink a lot of money in it just to start enjoying it I've seen those brushless setup and they are really insane but way to pricy for first crawler back in to the hobby Thank for your advice and help , glad I found a helpful place on this platform
@@Kink3chamilian you don't have to spend much on it to have fun. Even stock they are fun, you just have to pick them up more cause they fall over 😁 If you want cheapest improvement for money brass wheels are probably best. But they are something that creates more rotating mass so if you start adding a lot of other brass the motor starts to suffer. I find around 400_450 grams is usually a good overall weight to keep electronics happy more than that and servos and motor wear quicker.
Awesome!!💪💪👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼💯
Did the rear driveshaft need to be lengthened for the longer links ?
Yes the rear drive shaft had to be lengthened I used a spare Gladiator shaft I cut slightly
Nice !
I used the same links from C10 to stretch front of my ax24
