I didn’t see anyone mention it in chat or hear you discuss it but if you see a dj doing his level 1 in neutral you can just spd it, the super doesn’t have invincibility so you can scoop him, broski goes over it in one of his more recent videos

heavy punch beats donkey kick and fireball, he can only cancel kick with super iirc. also why only body splash for jump ins on ryu? shouldnt you be changing the timing with jump fierce, mk, body splash so he cant just late dp.

When he's in that optimal range with medium you may be out of his anti-air range if you neutral jump. So just throw in more random neutral jumps right when you see him getting right in that range, but there may be somewhat of a mix with other options if he starts throwing out hashogekis to hit you on your descent. When donkey kick doesn't hit he doesn't get the self-pushback so you should be able to hit him from the neutral jump in the air.
