@IVERJUNCTION The loft is very slow progress. My dad passed away Christmas of 2023. We spent all of last year doing his house up and moving in. The loft was the last thing on the list. But I'm done in. It's been tough doing the house up. And I just wanted a break from DIY. So, there's not much progress over Christmas. But I really hope to get back into it soon. I just want to play trains 😩

Thank you David mate as always very much appreciated, loved converting this from DC to DCC, I used the hornby decoder diagram to help me hard wire an 8 pin decoder straight to the motor and as you see the results were well worth it, I have so many old lima and various locos which I will be converting more often with this very easy way of hard wiring, also enjoyed every minute of this project, wishing you and your family a very merry Christmas 🎅 🎄 all the best for 2025 😊 😀 😃
