I think you forgot a dot on the front door. My worst personality trait is seeing what’s missing. 😬
New subscriber from Canada and I am hooked. Looking great.
This is such a great video Sean love the stories and adventures
Love the Pillows!
Just discovered this channel and love it !! Fabulous decorating
👋👋 Great work! ❤❤❤
So pretty.
This looks fantastic! And you are so stinking cute! 😁 Merry Christmas from Indiana.
Thank you 🥰 Merry Christmas from Wisconsin!
Sean Where can you get those houses? do you have the link?
Of course! Right in the video link below, I got them from Amazon!
@@restoring_sean thks Sean
You did wonders with this display. I really enjoy your videos, you are inspiring!
Thank you very much!!
GOOD GRIEF!! That was entirely too meticulous for my patience. Much like actual buildings, this project would have taken me several years to complete. 😔 Your dedication, bordering on militant, was worth it. It really looks quite lovely!! 🎅🏻
I think referring to it as 'militant' is so painfully accurate, hahahaha. I blame it on ADHD and my hyper-fixation on doing things. Thank you!!!
How did you hang those golden crown candle holders in front of the mirror? Is it hanging from the ceiling? 16:53
They are! Just thumbtacks and fishing line for those. I used real candles JUST for the filming because I was out of batteries for the little flameless candles, but otherwise I would obviously only recommend using flameless, lol.
@@restoring_sean and they don’t fall out??? 🤯
@@leahvanrooy9344 not in this house, boo 💅
10:59 oh my goooooodness! I ADORE that spice rack!!!! I may need to figure out how I can add something like that to the corner of one of my kitchen cabinets… I am obsessed ❤❤❤
Thanks! Compliments of my dad!
Just found your program. You have created a wonderful romantic village. Love it!
Thank you!

Well thank you kindly <3
⚜ Hey baby, you can come on over to my house for all the cookies you can eat! LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Such a sweet Christmas, I am sure!
Hahaha thanks!
Looks fantastic
Thanks!
Everything is very Beautiful I love it
Thank you <3
Hi Sean! Ambitious and determined...well said! I really appreciate the more-than-30 hours you painstakingly spent to achieve this look. Excellent! For all the tips you shared with us, here's a couple for you. Puffy paint works well to create faux icing. I wasn't familiar with that detail glue pen, so I definitely want to get one of those. Also, regular sewing thread can be used instead of fishing line so you don't see the shimmer of the nylon. Depending on the dominant background color of the space, you can choose a color thread to match and it nearly disappears (especially at night!). Keep in mind the weight of what you're hanging and get a guage strong enough to support it. BTW - the 'actively falling' snow during the "how it all came together" was a nice effect! You take home the gold with this one! Nice, nice job.
Thank you so much! For the compliments and the tips!!
Hi Sean! Such a nice job decorating your home, and thank you for sharing the process with us. I'm looking at the sockets and wires above the stairwell and wondering what you think about painting them white so they "disappear" into the ceiling?
Great question! Is this the basement stairwell, with all of the black wires?
@@restoring_seanThe one at the end of the video. 21:15
@@JeffBitler Sure! That stairwell is VERY much a work in progress. You'll see in future videos when I discuss it, but the window (facing outside) was actually a door, and the angled boards were the sides of a staircase. The upstairs of the house had been an apartment from about 1930-1970. Opening the stairwell up and getting rid of the door, this light fixture was a quick and dirty "step 1" and nothing else has been done at all. Eventually the walls will be completely replaced, additional windows added, paint, and the light fixture will definitely change.
You did a nice kid Sean👍
Thank you!
Adorable, love it.
Thank you!
FANTASTIC
Thanks!!
I just want to be the cat🥰🤣 That turned out pretty cool! Looking forward to see more arts and craft from you! New sub here🥰🫶🏻
Hahaha thank you! And welcome!!
Yikes. Outstanding. Cannot say enough good things about it. The number of hours you put into these houses is amazing. I am so very happy to have stumbled upon your channel. God Bless and Merry Christmas.
That is so kind of you! Thank you! So many labors of love this season, and these were right at the top. I’m so happy you enjoyed!

They look great, Sean! Loved the colored lights in the windows. It went from «cozy little village» to «witchy shit is going down in that church». Well done 😊
I think ‘witchy shit is going down in that church’ would make for an excellent novel. Imma get started on that 😂♥️
😄Great idea! I’ll illustrate it. It will be a best seller, and we will get filthy rich! ❤️
Stunning! 🤩
Thank you!!

Thank you so much Michael! Merry Christmas to you!
If you had seen "The Money Pit" before buying The Manor, we would have missed some great stories. I am loving this!
The naive nature of a first-time buyer! I wouldn't trade it for the world though, thank you!
Bless you for sharing your talent with us. You’re such an inspiration.
Thank you!
A-lot of detail work but it looks fantastic. Well worth the effort. (The final reveal music sounds like a Holiday "Brokeback Mountain" instrumental - nice choice). Kudos!
Hahaha thank you!
Oh my goodness! Boy did you put the big pot in the little one on this one. You kept saying it can't be perfect, but everything was completed with pains taking perfection. Those are some fancy gingerbread houses you have there. It looks like a peaceful little village out of the 1800s. I love the music at the end and the day fading into evening. So pretty.
Thank you! I feel like I'll never be the person that finishes something and says "There, perfect, best it'll ever be!" That's my character flaw, lol, I always want to do better. But again, thank you, I really appreciate that <3
Love your videos.
Thank you!
