Can you still use accessories like slow and sear and others that are available

I’ve now done a brisket point and a pork shoulder on this accessory…great temp control and fuel efficiency! Watched your videos before purchasing.

Have you tried making pizza on the stone yet?

I just ordered the CHARKETTLE version of this by skyflame. It looks 100 percent identical and the measurments are identical of the plates and everything. Sort of thinking it is the identical product. It is on Amazon right now for 89.99 I got it for 5 percent off that buying the charkettle stainless grate also which looks identical to the onlyfire stainless grate. I have been eyeing the onlyfire and it is out of stock now and saw the skyflame charkettle version. Charkettle charcoal firebox kit on amazon.

Thanks for the video, I got my insert on Friday. I decided to season my ceramic plates and top stone. I wanted to make them darker and not show the stains so bad. I oiled and seasoned them like cast iron pans, then burned them off with a full chimney basket of charcoal. They turned out Awesome. I may throw a video up next week. I also found a SS wire basket at goodwill for $1.99 I am going to turn it upside down for a easy snake fixture. Then I found a nordic Ware 17" pizza pan that I can place below the grate to catch the drippings. My first real (short burn) will happen tomorrow. Pork Tenderloin. I am pretty excited about this new accessory for my weber I bought back in 1999

I ordered one of the inserts, just browsing videos to validate my decision. I feel this will be great for people who don't have the room for another BBQ. I love to cook all different ways, and now I will have another way to cook with my old kettle that I bought in 1999:')

Does your fan change speed at all? I just bought one and it sounds like it only has one speed....turbo. Blows ash all over the inside of the grill when its operating

Does the fan rev up and down like last years model ? Very annoying .

Had a player walk past my group and start cutting the rope - no alt - nothing. He was by himself as well. I just don't understand what's going through the mind of a person that's going to be stuck in an animation long enough to be melted down by 4 heavily armed players standing meters away?! It's not the only time this has happened either.
