If you have lost a loved on recently or at some point in your life and are struggling with the pain this has caused you this is the right channel for you. After my mum passed away unexpectedly, my life was thrown upside down and two months after losing myself completely I wanted to find the best ways to heal and become happy despite the unfillable hole that you’re left with when someone you love deeply dies.
This is certainly not an easy task but I know that despite things never going back to how they used to be, together as a community we can make it a little less painful and help each other become happy again. For us and most importantly for the people we loved so much, because in the end they would want us to be happy.
Lots of love,
Clara.

don’t let a loved one's death ruin your special days forever.
When losing someone, those special days in the year all of the sudden become the worst days of the year, because it hurts the most that our loved ones are no longer with us.
But despite grieving and feeling upset about the death of our loved one and the fact that they are not here to celebrate with us, we should still make these days special.
They are meant to be celebrated and you deserve to still have a beautiful day. I know you got this.
`
Lots of love,
Clara.

how grieving a loved one looks like at its worst 🕊️

Healing is amazing. But on the bad days, it’s heartbreaking. The biggest part of any healing journey is to open up and accept, which unfortunately comes with much pain. My grieving journey has been beautiful in so many ways but it really can hurt so much, and often it hits you when you least expect it. #grievingexpert The pain of grief hits you like nothing you have ever experienced. I had no i...

If there is one thing I have learned from my mum passing away suddenly it’s patience. The grieving process takes such a long time and believe me… there are no shortcuts. You have to start being kinder to yourself and realise that good things, unfortunately, do take time, even if we sometimes wish that they would go a lot quicker. I hope this video will help you become more patient, be kinder to...
avoiding the pain of loss will slowly make you depressed.

Avoiding is easy. Accepting is hard. That's why our natural response to someone that we loved so much dying is to try and avoid it at all costs. We don’t want to accept this new reality without our loved ones so our entire body pushes against it. But the sad truth is that we will only start to find peace once we have stopped avoiding and started to accept. This doesn’t mean letting go or forget...

Helping a grieving loved one can be an impossible task at times. It often feels no matter what you do, it doesn’t help at all. It’s difficult to know what to say because it is such a sensible subject that has no real solution to it. But there are things that you can do to help your loved one feel better. I realised that through the grieving process I have gone through since my mum died, there i...

"She just doesn’t get it." That was me when I was 15. Every time my mum said no, or wanted to do things that were for my own good, it made me be mad at her even more. I didn’t realise at the time that the only reason she did this was because she loved me so much, not because she wanted to do me any bad. #grievingexpert Now looking back I realise these things: Spending time with your parents is ...
losing someone: dealing with trauma triggers
Просмотров 413 месяца назад
Ridiculous? No. Crazy? No. Overreacting? No. These meltdowns over certain triggers that remind you of your loved ones or over items of them you have lost are completely normal. They are never about the actual situation that has happened but rather have so much meaning behind it. And when you find out the meaning, you will realise that your meltdown is totally understandable. #grievingexpert Whe...

One year has passed. And it feels like the whole world is crashing around you again. That's what trauma anniversary does to us. All the emotions are coming up again and no matter if your trauma was someone passing away or any other kind, it hurts like hell. #grievingexpert This time of the year will need special care and special understanding from you and all those around you. You will feel mor...

What if they were still here? What if they didn’t take that specific route? What if they came home a little earlier? What if I told them more often how much they mean to me? What if I could go back and see them more often? What if they’ll be angry at me forever? These are only a few of the ‚what if‘s?‘ we go through when someone passes away. The potential scenarios are excruciating, but they ar...

Aww thank you so much for watching and commenting 🥹 means a lot!
It's tough
Yes it is 🥺
I'm so sorry - I'm nearly 7yrs in and definitely still have those moments sometimes where it's so raw, so overwhelming and just so sad. I'm glad it's a little less taboo to grieve openly and publicly these days, I always say to people that losing a parent is like one of those things where you think you know how bad it will be until it happens and realise you had no idea and you never really get over it, you just learn to live with it and life kind of becomes a case of "after they died". Sending you lots of love, and hope you felt like that as long as you needed to but did manage to have some peace and calm for your afternoon too.
Awwww I love this comment 🥺 Thank you so much and ugh so it really does last forever 😫 Sending you lots of love xxx
Thanks for sharing! 😢 ❤

Yes! I’m 20 and it’s only in the last year or so that I’ve really started to appreciate my parents and I’m grateful everyday that they’re here ❤
Yeah it’s like that sometimes isn’t it 🥺 Glad you now though, it’s so important ♥️
REALLY CURIOUS WHERE YOU ARE FROM... CANADA? AUSTRALIA? LOVE YOUR ACCENT AND WARM HEART... THERE IS A POEM I LIKE. IT GOES LIKE THIS, I WALKED A MILE WITH PLEASURE, SHE CHATTERED ALL THE WAY. BUT NONE WAS I THE WISER, FOR ALL SHE HAD TO SAY. AND THEN I WALKED A MILE WITH SORROW, AND NE'ER A WORD SAID SHE. BUT OH THE LESSONS LEARNED, WHEN SORROW WALKED WITH ME. THOUGHT YOU MIGHT ENJOY THIS POEM, MA'AM. CURIOUS WHAT YOUR MOM DIED FROM, AND HOW OLD SHE WAS WHEN SHE PASSED... HUGS TO YOU MA'AM... TRY TO FOCUS ON BRIGHTENING THE WORLDS OF OTHER PEOPLE, MA'AM... IT SHOULD HELP BRIGHTEN YOUR WORLD AS WELL, EVEN IF IT IS TO GIVE SOMEONE ELSE A HEARTFELT COMPLIMENT. HOPE THAT HELPS...
I’m from Germany originally but lived in Australia for a long time :) She was only 62 unfortunately. Thank you for your kind words 🙏🏽

I live on the other side lol. My family only has crappy food at home, and when I was growing up I was very overweight, and I’m 14 now im not really unhealthy but I would like to be at a better weight. I literally beg them to get real food but my dad hates spending money even though we can afford it so “no bc the real food is more expensive” all I want is real home cooked meals 😭
Oh no, I'm so so sorry to hear! The amazing thing is that you are aware of this and want to eat better, at your age I didn't care at all haha! And soon you'll be old enough to buy your own food! :) xxx
@@lilysphere. lol yeah thanks! 🤣 Ppl are so shocked when i say that bc they js want junk food lol
Danke, Niemand spricht so darüber und das hilft, sich in solchen Situationen sich aufmerksamer zu verhalten und vielleicht auch liebevoller. ❤

@@lilysphere. Thank you! You’re videos give me some hope that one day I’ll be okay. You deserve way more subscribers/ views. So sorry for your loss. Your mum comes across as an amazing person the way you talk about her. I’m sure she’s proud of you. Love xx
