Do you have a website? I tried to Google, and poor NT Google decided I couldn't possibly be looking for Autside Education & Training, but "outside" education and training....maybe it's the way I brush my hair! (Yeah, I caught that video first!). Thanks for the work you do!

I have been reading a lot recently about health inequality I feel that not being able to properly express or explain health issues has caused a lot of problems over the years. Having meltdowns that result in tears and being told by professionals over and over 'you're depressed'... No I'm not, I'm happy... But I struggle to express things and cry when I am overwhelmed (I am sure there must be many people on medication for depression for similar reasons? Surely) I am interested also in eating disorders but the flip side of the coin.... Austistic people who struggle with over eating... Struggle to control or lose weight and for whom traditional diets and ideas about dieting don't seem to work (if you could find out if that's a thing for me that would be cool, cos I feel like it's a thing)
