This is slower than the older 318's. And 3 cylinder, that's disappointing..

Today I went fishing and ate a slice of pozza and it tasted great to I ate the whole pizza, after the pizza I was still hungry and so I ate 6 cheese burgers and 4 large fries. After I washed that food down with 12 beers and 9 shots of burbon and then went on a roller coaster at a fun park. After the roller coaster was going for about 10 seconds I began to relise my error, I forgot to put sauce on my burgers. About 20 seconds later I accidentally vomited on the person infront of me and that made him vomit and earlier that day that man ate 12 pizzas and 10 beers and he vomited on the person in front of him and early that day.

I agree, these cars are awesome. I also used the ezy flash pro after watchn mighty car mods and it made a noticeable difference, in economy and power. Go the Fozzy!!!

Yeah the stock suspension is scary. If you accelerate hard turning out of a junction it can be a bit jumpy. Id say some stiffer sway bars might help.

I'd change the brakes if anything, as then at least with soft suspension you can go in the corner slow and come out fast torque + awd I really think the tires could be better geolanders are not good in my opinion.

stock tires aren't so bad :) and yes - this is VERY fast car, race between me and audi q7 4.2 TDI 330HP was head-to-head, even when my gear changes and starts were horrible. bigger brakes - you are absolutely right. brakes is weakest point in forester xt - my 136HP '2000 bmw 3 series has far better brakes. stiffer suspension - that would greatly improve traction in corners, but also result with less comfort. stock suspension is OK - gives very good feeling and comfort.

more like 5.5 - 6 seconds depending on conditions, stock tires are horrible they should be burned. very fast car, needs bigger brakes and stiffer suspension, maybe a bit lower too and it'll be as quick as a wrx :) practical car though!! bit scary entering corners with the body roll! amazing corner exit with all that torque + awd

yep, this one had 523kkm :) and was running as a stock = under 9 seconds to 100km/h. amazing car, but now im driving e46 :)

Search for Mighty Car Mods Forester XT in You tube for a range of excellent vids. Ezy-Flash is what i used, Cobb is another similar device, Both work well with stock Exhaust Also.

Have you tried re flashing the ECU. Just did mine with 15PSi boost on 98octane fuel. It makes a huge difference in power and drive-ability.

yes. with a bit better launch this forester can get to to 100km/h in 5.5-5.7 sec. Good result for a SUV :) (catalog says it should be 7.1 sec)
