In this video i will discuss my experiences as a vegan athlete, as both a professional football player and now a cyclist training for World championship cycling.
This is a summary of my experiences that touches on the first time i competed as a vegan athlete in 2010 and why i decided to return to plant based power in 2019.
I will also summarise my seventh week training as a cyclist,how this differs from professional football and how my training plan is going to encourage my transition from professional football to a cyclist competing in world championship cycling.
