So you ignore a customers question? @feltonman ask YOU a question about YOUR product and you ignored him? Given I just paid $600 for your system and use a well myself, I think I'm best served by returning this to Home Depot given you don't support your customers and flat out ignore them. That speaks VOLUMES.
Why is the rapid rinse setting for 10 minutes , just wasting well water. Can I bypass this setting?
What is the blue tube? Do we need a metal tubing from the copper pipe?
Gauges don't read, pressure is good throughout the house and I vented the red buttons.
Do I need to pull the aerator every BW or just the on initial setup ?
Do you set up both tanks to the same settings?
I draw water for the entire house from a well. I bought the well water filter and the softener filter. Your video doesn't tell a customer how to hook them in tandem. I see a picture at the end of the video, but no instructions with the manual or video. Which filter is installed first after the pump? The well filter or the softener filter? Does the well filter use the brine for backwash? How does that install? I would appreciate your help. Thank you.

The lack of information and or instructions for this particular brands system is insane. I'm not sure how this is sold at a major retailer.
Is there a way to set backwash mor frequently than every 3 days? I want to back wash every 2 days.
Yes, you certainly can. You're looking to adjust the Setting 4 override from 72hrs to 48hrs. To do this, you would need to press the two leftmost buttons on the panel to enter the settings, navigate to Setting 4, then adjust the override from 72 to 48, then exit the settings
I was able to set mine to 24hrs. Works great
Hi! We’ve set up this system about a month and half ago and everything works great. Especially at the beginning 2-3 weeks. Within the last week or so we started to smell the egg smell again. Not as strong as before though. Does this indicate we need to backwash more frequently than factory settings?

I would try setting it to backwash every 48 hours to see if that helps I bet it probably will. It can't hurt!.@@tattoosbybrandon7729
Is the 3 stage filter designed to go before or after the Pro-Well System filter?
