It is fake! The amount of power used to work the motor will give an output of a lesser amount because of the loss due to the friction on the belts and bearings so you will never get 100% output and this is what would be needed to just keep it running. To run the appliances plugged in, the output would need more then the input i.e. over 100% which is impossible. Trick is how they are running the motor without showing where it is plugged into.
