Welcome to my channel where I play lots of Total War including Medieval 2, and Warhammer 2 primarily. I am a beta tester for Divide and Conquer, and you can find lots of previews here.

This campaign is played under a work-in-progress build for Divide and Conquer that is not publicly available as of the time of recording.
Special Rules: Army sizes depend on the command level of a general in the field. Each command star allows for 2 additional units to a general's army. Militia units are not to be used in an army unless they are part of a settlement. Militia are considered as town guards and police forces and therefore are not sent on the offensive.

How do I get sworn infantry??? Where do I recruit them
Instead of giving Lurtz berserkers, why not reflect his archery skill with a missile bodyguard? Give him Uruk-Hai Crossbows or something
Iorthon even without further development can be devastating. I used him in cycle charges to utterly destroy Haradrim and Corsair armies that were hung up on my territorial guardsmen. Get him up to 10 stars and he can carry you all the way to Umbar. I took Hirluin into Mordor with me for an early rush, and he was instrumental. Having a unit of heavy lancers with you is more than enough to deal with Mordor's seemingly endless armies of trash, and they can flank into the olog hai as well.

@@valentinocba DAC has the better campaign, reforged is tailored for multiplayer battles.
How do you know in the campaign if Sauron is back ? I was doing an eleven campaign where it said he reclaimed the ring but when I attacked Mordor he was nowhere to be found.
Would love to see a dwarven faction get a mountain goat Calvary unit to fill that void of no cavalry
No, not lore accurate. Same as elk cavalry for elves. Just no.
@ It’s very annoying to play as a faction that literally doesn’t have any cavalry at all outside of mercenary units. Everything else about the dwarves I love, they just need one or two dwarven mounted units.

Anyone know how the ring script and invasions work? Had a few playthroughs as evil factions and passed the ring to Mordor but the invasions never happen. Not sure what the requirements are or if it’s still in v5

Fun campaign but very very difficult. I found myself having to be on the defensive for a very long time since you have so many factions attacking you from all directions.

The Woodland Realm is my favourite faction, but it is in need of a major overhaul when it comes to both its economy and its unit size for its elites. When it comes to the economy their heartland regions, and Mirkwood regions makes so little income that it is difficult to field sufficient forces to ward of the stack-spam that is both Gundabad and Dol Gruldur. They should at least be as economicly strong as Lothlorien, and I think that a couple of silk resources, or any other equally valuable resources in Thanduil's halls, and Taur Philinn would be sufficient to create a stronger economic basis. When it comes to unit sizes it makes little sense that they have the smallest unit size for their elites 89 pr unit, when they are lore-wise the only elven faction able to field a large army. I would also love to see the return of the elven patfinders as an elite heavy cavalry from V 2.0, as it gave the elven armies a little bit of an extra late-game punch to take out generals in the mordor/isengard spam-fest.
Sounds like rushing the Gobos could be a gooood money maker. So, WHY NOT!? :D

As a new player to this mod how the fuck do you deal with trolls? 2 units in a rebel army appeared attacked elrond and killed him and his entire army without losing more than 1 model

Imma be honest, I really dont like how the Arnor region units are locked behind either Reforming arnor or forming the reunited kingdom, I think they should at minimum simply require the hall of kings, Not having them kind of ruins the mid game Dunedain roster and makes an absolute joke out of some of the units I'd otherwise enjoy using (Cardolan riders when I can get dunedain horseman at this point? ssssuuuurrrreee) I get the idea behind Dunedain no longer starting with them unlocked but locking them behind the scripts COMPLETION is also going too far the other way
May I ask about the Dale overhaul in version 6 ? Any preview or general info about it ?
When choosing to skip the expedition via the Launcher, i never get Oin as a general, but as an item on Balin. is this because you skipped the script, as in this video you seem to skip the script, yet Oin is with you as a general. and ofcourse having reclaimers as a general is super OP.

Going back and watching this series way later. I'll have you know in my Numenorian redemption campaign I've got where I allied with Gondor as the Arduniem I killed that exact Khandish general with a marauder unit I grabbed from the constcription camp. Felt so good. He's got a lot of HP though. So I'll dedicate that kill to you.
Makes me sad that Angmar was changed into a human faction. Loved when they were focused on snow orcs and trolls.

Can someone help me, after every turn my game is crashing and saying it’s expieriencing an issue but I have no idea how to sort it. Never before has this happened and since I done the update it’s happening all the time
Just a question since I'm playing as Isengard currently, do the Nazgul respawn if they die, as they do for Mordor?
So can you still get ents in isengard if you accept the alliance?
I like how the units work but they need more distinctive unit cards so you can tell them apart easier Also because it. It’s me… if I add a small shield value to those that have a the arm shield visa or like one or two will it do anything or is there an animation change needed?
