Most times when i get a low ball i decline or ignore but the other day i got low balled on a 2 pc bundle so i countered and they took it. I was surprised. I had a full price purchase yesterday...doesnt happen often. And i had one bundle i offered for 100 and she offered 95...i took it lol.

I definitely notice when I underprice items it attracts tons of low ballers so you are 100% right about that.

I’m soooo with you on just cancelling that order & walk away from that buyer with the FP overalls. You knew there would be some kind of trouble down the road with that buyer. You can always tell the buyers that are gonna have some kind of issue with the order when they get it too. 😄

I sold the same, except NO $100+ items sold. Hard to tell if the fee structure was the reason since it was only 3 weeks. The stacked fee structure was too complicated so I'm ok with the change back. Anyone could have told Posh charging buyers was a huge misstep. If Posh wants to increase profits, they should focus on negotiating lower rates with USPS and credit card processors, and create innovative add-on features they can upcharge for.

I have mixed feelings about the whole posh thing. But i will say I've had my highest asp this month of $40 with 105 solds so far. So I'm definitely loving the higher payouts and will definitely miss that. I also don't give a shipping discount either. It kills me when someone comments they want 50% off and free shipping. Lol. I'm like you're living in lalaland. Ha. . You're right about dansko. I got a pair for $1 and they sold the next day for $50 last week. They were the professional clog. Had no idea they'd go for that much. I haven't done well with other clogs in the past. But active shoes and sandals always have done well for me. I don't think i knew you did consignment. I'd like to hear more about that.

I think they should not have taken away the shipping discount. That isn't right.

Posh mark rips off sellers.... my daughter made more and was a good month! Posh mark is destroying it self.

I guess from what I heard there were glitches in the fees charged to the buyer also. I heard one buyer say she got charged a protection fee from one seller but no fee from another seller. So it sounds like there were glitches that might contributed to the change also.

Buyers dont like to be charged to shop for the most part. Nice for those that made money, but I sure did not see a benefit in the fee passed to buyers. This is why i dont pay some of the other places fees because i dont like to pay to shop.

I have whiplash with all these changes! I didn’t lose a dime and made the most money I’ve made in a while (and the month isn’t even over) and my ASP went up. I just wish they would make a decision and stick to it. People can bitch and moan but reselling (and business is general) is survival of the fittest and if you have items people want, they will buy 💪

I lost money on some smaller sales but that was more than offset by the profit I was making on larger sales.

Since the change, I had made more sales and more money. I experienced no negative outcomes after the fee structure changed. It will be interesting to see what happens next in regards to my sales.

Hooray!!!🎉 I was earning a bit more from each sale, but the buyer’s fees were ugly. No telling how many offers died before the final click.

Not sure how I feel about change back. I do sell a lot of items over $100 so I think it would have effected sales long term. Are my sales down, not sure but my asp is down from last month , significantly (68.84 vs 89.25) . I have heard about the rumbling about eBay, they are testing it in the UK, I would be really surprised if they do that in the US since they cater more to buyers than sellers. Guess we will see. I will say I think Manish should step down his leadership is questionable

Just had a buyer offer $80 on $150 60’s vintage coat, I took it….. Apparently she thought it was manufactured in 2024. There was fading in some of the seam areas. All photographed. Never again, I will happily take my vintage coat back and block your a$$. 😂😂 Man that felt good! Thanks for the outlet. 😅

The backlash is buyers like me have gone from buying every week to buying nothing at all. I havent bought a single thing and i will not. Normally i buy at least 2-5 items a week. Im done w mercari and poshmark

She returned a bundle over $300 because she didn’t like ONE item. 😬 apparently she thought she could just return the one item. When she couldn’t, she returned it all . Today is the 15th and 0 sales since the change in fees. I always had consistant sales. I have offered free ship on most likes and 0. I get a million likes but nothing. I will be suspending my posherva right now im losing money. This has me worried 🙄

Love your Offers video and sense of humor. It helps to know I'm not alone. If I'm having poor sales, I will tend to accept lower. Sometimes it's painful, lol. So glad to hear that the crazy doc situation turned out ok. I had a crazy buyer last week and did decide to send the shoes but then I was sweating it the whole time. Kept checking for a case open. PAUSING only 2 minutes in. My two worst experiences on poshmark are also with doctors! One damaged a NWT Retrofete dress and even poked a hole in it and attached an enormous zip tie to it to reattach the tags and scrawled "LOSER!" on the box.
