IMO Milton has a higher ceiling because he is BIGGER ,faster and has a better arm than Maye. Both have some accuracy concerns but Maye started 3 college seasons and Milton just 1. Yes, I know Milton is almost 3 years older but 24 is still super young for an NFL QB

Love Derrick Henry but as a pass catcher, you can't really ask him to be a route runner so unfortunately when he would have been on the field, would have been easier for the defense to defend with the limited routes you can ask him. Even as a runner now, he needs 20+ carries to really get going. With this improved OL, he would obviously look better. Pollard and Spears will be fine running the ball, much quicker to the hole as this point which fits this OL gap scheme. It will simply look much different.
