Because they snatched the oppurtunity of other castes in early days, when our great grandparents were doing agriculture, they were in top positions in Govt because they did not allow other caste to study, then there were immense oppurtunities for graduates they used that oppurtunity by suppressing other caste, if we got that oppurnity other caste people would also be very successful, when H1B visas were available it was with meagre competition to that top creamy layer , now we have to face the immense competition.

We Brahmins are born to toil and practice perfection we are hardworking community and feel no sophistication for that .

My company in Singapore prefers hiring Chinese and Indians. They don't prefer ethnic malay I sensed discrimination until i worked with few. They pretend to be religious & demand break to pray while working which breaks tbeir concentration. Often after their Islamoc pray they grab coffee and drink while rushinh to come back to work. On top like eveyone else they take Lunch and coffee breaks seperate. I have necer seen such behabiour with Indians ot Chinese. I remember once we were working on a deadline and Indian workers stayed voluntarily to help us out with a shipment as a token of respect. During financial crisis Chinese workers didn't force to collect their payment and understood the difficulties. The shipping company I've worked with is forever grateful to them. Oh by the way I am Muslim too and the company was owned by a Muslim person too. Work is a secular place keep your religion at home. That applies to every religion.

I had been in malaysia, and what I observed. Malay = simple , what on mouth same in heart n mind. 2. Consider malaysia as motherland. 3. No network in business nor any business relation. Chinese = 1. Dual face very kind and friendly in front but cunning, selfish and greedy inside, but well versed with their hippocracy that anormal malay donot understand them only very intelligent can notice their strategy. 2. Entrying in friendship group of malay is with purpose and what ever they notice and talk, they share with family members and chinese heads. They then give advices and intetpret what is ununderstood and how to act next. 3. Strong business network among chinese and still follow british system of preferring Chinse and indian over their business and jobs in their company 4. Inject wrong concepts in malay mind particulary those concept which will increase malay wisdom. 5. Malay share their business ideas with chinese but chinese kept it sceret from malays and play innocencent if caught anytime. 6. Very less emotinal about malaysia ratherly they have affection only to the extent of their financial interests.
