Hi! I mostly use Corax white is nice to base the minis as a first layer. I'm not liking it much though. it is too grey/blue for a nice finish. I guess it is the missing paint from the first paint issue. It dhould come in the first 4 as base paints.
I agree, its not my favourite paint either... if i have to base anything in white i normally use a spray can of white scar. Goes on much smoother.
Great review Sean - our group loves this game and I agree that its much more accessible than other 4x games. Highly recommend picking up the other expansions as they all bring truckloads of thematic flavour - in the first game we had with the Dominion its leader started to place 'changeling' tokens in our systems which just sat there - never have I felt so paranoid during a boardgame! After the game it turned out he'd never got the research cards into play to actually activate them but we had already tied down a lot resources around them just in case . Such a quality game - highly recommend it

I was the first timer!!!! What a GAME!!!! Brilliant...so much fun, easy to grasp, was worried I would dull the game for the very very experienced players....but nope they had ball and seemed very happy how fast i caught on. Totally recommend this game for 1st time 4xers like me! But it also is great to have experienced players who are wise and capable enough to advise through the first round at least. ...After that its Do or Die!!!! Enjoy!
I saw this on sale for black friday and it reminded me of munchkins but with some small design differences and the isaac IP, im probably going to pick it up as I would likely enjoy it more.

The next two issues are the termimator squad. Spread over two issues though. I have to admit i wasn't impressed.

I found a vhs version in a charity shop for £1.99. Fully complete, new stickers and 2 tapes. Absolute bargain, I no longer have a vcr though so I can’t play it anymore
