Before I looked up the English translation of this song, I thought the song would be about people coming and leaving your life like people walking in and out of an elevator. But when I read the actual lyrics, I had a huge lump in my throat. Jonghyun has a way of describing things and feelings the way I feel them and understand them as well. Literally not being able to look at yourself because your reflection shows you the true sad self that you are, and how hurt and vulnerable you are. It's so personal for me, and yet he knew what that feels like almost exactly. Specially when you live your life pretty shut off from the world and act like everything is okay when you do meet people. Life just goes on while you seem to be stuck in that elevator, confronted by yourself and the feelings you don't want to feel. Wow, I feel for all of us who have to live like this but I do hope we can all make the best of it. To all of the people who like me suffer from a mood disorder, but also to the people who are just feeling sad/lonely/alone/angry today: I hear you, I see you, I understand you💔

Onew has this very deep, resonating voice that has a great stability for long notes. Jonghyun has this smooth voice that can easily hit the high notes. The two best singers in the industry imo.
