Fanhome Batmobile 1966 - Beacon Mod

I added a led light module for the beacon with 7 red rotating leds. The 4 little signal lights on the sides are tiny red 0402 smd leds connected to a 4 channel pico running light module. That all needs a minimum voltage of 2.2V.

increased the rotation speed one level and set all modules to rotate counter clockwise. Should be quite screen accurate now.

Noiseless version of the Fanhome ECTO-1 Code 3 light bars. Got the programmable modules from www.pistenking.de and added some self designed and 3d-printed parts inside. The noise you hear comes from my laboratory power supply to feed the mod with the voltage of 3.3V which comes from an Arduino later. ;-)

This is an upgrade for the ECTO-1 kit #3 and #4 from Mike Lane and the rest of the ECTO-1 roof items. I added an Arduino Nano and an RF receiver module to the roof box from Mike Lane to control it with a remote. More items will be connected soon. Built the stages 123 - 126 of the Fanhome ECTO-1 and tested if my modified proton pack fits the holder. I works perfectly! The proton pack has a special self designed and printed back part, 10 LEDs, 2 electronics boards, a switch at the back, a lipo battery and many cables. :-)

What did you do to get rid of the noise?
I removed all mechanical parts (gears and motors) and used LED modules instead. 100% silent and more reliable.

Should've been an aluminum body with a Porsche engine.
Already had a fiberglass frame aluminum engine. Had JZD had more time and funds, there was on the drawing board a twin turbo PRV and much better intake/exhaust in the wings that would have improved performance. The previous owner of mine had a 3.0L PRV from an 1988 Eagle Premier and megasquirt for EFI, Dispensing with the Bosch K-Jetronic fuel injection system. By the time I got it tweaked enough to run reliably the more I came up with alternate solutions to the fuel problem in BTTF 3
