There were more songs? The song list on this video hasn't been played since 2013 as the original family who owned the park shortened the show in 2014. The new owners who took over Watermouth Castle last year re-added the pre 2014 show. I've been going since 2017 and the ending of the show hasn't ever really changed as far as I know - the wartime songs, Land of Hope and Glory, God Save The King etc When did you last go?

This was actually when they were originally at Windsor Safari Park. Watermouth Castle bought at least almost all of the show except for the Hyenas who went to someone else and set up the bots on the Big River Ride in 2001.

As for old Watermouth Castle footage the the oldest I've ever seen is late 2000s.

@@RetroPlayPlanet I do have some old footage from Video Camera from 80's on VHS somewhere in loft! I did see some other 80's footage on RUclips last 7/8 years ago but now been taken down 😤

They want to! The guy I was talking to said they want to do full restoration even saying back to "Capt. Andy’s RiverTowne" days though there is no confirmed time frame for this.

One more thing i will add is that they still actually have the paperwork manuals from the from RiverTowne and Thorpe Park days and I did ask if they have any of the original showtapes and they have looked but haven't found anything yet.

Had to be the same captain Andy's river town that I went for my friend's 7th birthday. We dont hangout anymore and we're going on 48 but when my band plays he'll show up to support us as well as most of la mirada. I had my 5th of 6th birthday at the one in SoCal too. I had so much fun there that day. What was the reason it shut down? My parents told me because of an earthquake or fire.

It sounds better than it's sounded in a long time, everything is working as it should. The tuning is out but the problem with it is that it's in a watershow, which is in an extremely damp cellar. Organs like a bit of humidity, but not that much! Only other thing with it is that they could do with speeding some of the tunes up, makes it sound tired, I'm not sure whether that would be possible with the fountains though. The new management seem keen to spend the money on the two organs though so fingers crossed they won't go back to how they used to be.

The game was called "Rock-afire Replay" but unfortunately the creator has since delisted it, along with a later game he made called "Reel to Real" that featured Chuck E Cheese characters and stages instead. Hope that helps 🙂

The show is just the same characters but they are bears, instead aaron made these versions for the gullivers uk so they are supposed to have the same names
