The lecturer briefly mentioned DNA advantages of temperature stability and potential efficacy and then moved to LION/repRNA and the Gene Gun where stability is based on Lyophilization. But we do have Lyophilized mRNA for several developing drugs. This is a major technology change. Is LION/repRNA or the Gene Gun worth the change?
