ah, at last, "silver city". thanks so much for posting this. it's still in my solo programme and basically the same, though it has evolved a bit. what i enjoyed about this original version was how we segued from 6 to 12-string and then back again. this was because we had recorded both versions and couldn't make our minds up so we 'sort of' released both. :-) however for me the nicest moment comes right at the end with that lovely little set of harmonies. so unexpected that it completely surprised me, hearing it again after all this time ... i guess i'd quite forgotten that tasty detail. it then cuts direct into "streetcar magic" with a very different vibe altogether.

Love Jim Dawson. In 1975, I was dating my College girlfriend Iris who was attending Syracuse University. I was so happy to find this album in a Syracuse record store....I could not find it in Boston. To this day I dust the album off and relive those wonderful Years!!!!!💖💖😍😍😁😁
