I will try to focus mainly on cooking on my Blackstone Griddle, whether the recipe works out or not. Please like & subscribe.
Tortellini, cabbage, yellow squash. #Blackstone
Started with caremlizing half of a yellow onion, added cabbage with a balsamic vinegar drizzle, added squash and small sweet peppers. Then came the garlic and bacon, finally steamed some tortellini. Seasoned with salt, pepper, Japanese BBQ sause, soy sause, green onion. Let me know your thoughts. #blackstone

Ahhh...bacon and a Blackstone go hand in hand. Blackstone should sell a pack of bacon with every griddle 🤔Not quite sure how they could pull that off but it is a relevant thought right? You gave me an idea for a bacon and Blackstone video and it has nothing to do with making a meal...stay tuned 😉

What temp did you cook at? Novice here trying to learn. Looked great.
I had the griddle on full blast to make sure I could generate enough steam for the ravioli. Truthfully, I'm still a novice too. Just experiment. That's what I do.
Looks pretty dang good. I made my first orange chicken video a couple of weeks ago. I reduced orange fanta for my orange sauce. It was fantastic. Scott @MileHighGuyBBQ told me to check out your channel, so here I am. Great video 👍
