Chuck Norris Vs Lee Majors (Walker Texas Ranger)
The reason there are so many differences in the pilot and series is because the pilot was filmed a year before the series went into production. I’m impressed with all of the research you’ve done. I can tell you’ve watched some episodes and not just read about it. There was a period between around 1974 to 1977 when all of the networks were racing to create action and drama shows starring women. Police Woman, Get Christy Love and the Bionic Woman were all groundbreaking before Charlie’s Angels, but still not as sensational.
Didn't like seeing lee majors playing a bad guy
Great theme song for The Saturday Main Event and if legally allowed they should use it today.
I caught this first on a Facebook Reel. It instantly brought back memories.. As a gay teen, I wasn't focused on the "jiggle" factor, but even back then, I was a supporter of "girl power". And the Angels took that to moon and back. Each one had their own charm and personality, There was a warmth that exuded from the screen. It seems like a lifetime ago, and they were such women's libbers back then. I knew that my female friends in school could achieve all their dreams, and now some 44 years after graduation, my female friends are indeed Superheroes to me. Thank you all, Angels, Kate, Jaclyn, Farrah (RIP) Cheryl, Shelly and Tanya. I have a funny feeling that in the thick of it, you all didn't have and idea of how it would impact society, women's rights or break glass ceilings, but now looking back, I hope you all have deep sense of pride in the series and know that your adoring public has a deep sense of Gratitude for your work, charm and love that you brought into our homes every week... <3 Angels...
Bill Bixby and Hugh Jackman strongly resemble each other.
Loved chris and tiffany
Love this film.
The soundtrack of The Lost Boys is just as delicious as the vampires themselves
I have a theory. Grandpa was really a vampire…but not an evil vampire. Think about it…it explains why he always had stakes tied to his truck...and how he knew that Max was the head vampire, or at lease A vampire,,,,& knew to come crashing in at the exact moment when Max was about to bite the mom’s neck and knew exactly where Max was standing and somehow telepathically communicated to Michael to push Max into the above mentioned stakes and knock him into the fireplace and then the house blew up and he got a soda from the fridge and said, “All the damn vampires” dum dum dum People are strange…..sorry, went off on a tangent.
Yes kids we had some "funky ass music" back then that kept us out of trouble unlike the chaotic music you all listen too.
Wonderful series...glad l grew up in those times ❤
1:18:40 "It turned out to be a little bit *too* psychedelic" Wow, I have never considered that, not even on a conceptual level. You mean there is such thing as *too* psychedelic? 1000 mics
These movies were directed by a couple of Dicks.
Dude was the bomb in Rush…..just sayin….
Omg, Solar babies. I remember that movie.
CBS/Paramount should have snapped Kenny up to run the Star Trek Franchise rather than than Kurtzman and crew
It’s really time to careless of what Kathy Kennedy thinks or says
So happy Kathy didn’t fuck over Raiders
This movie came out 3 years before I was born, I saw it when i was about 5 or 6. Still my favorite. When I was about 13 my mom got me a husky fir my birthday and I named him Nanuk.

Keifer is the image of his Dad Donald!
I think it was the best series. I think they could have gotten better writers & Directors. Paul & David were awesome drectors along with Erl Belamy, Sutton Rolly & and a couple of others. I never thought there was too much violence. I am glad that they let Paul & David put their input in to make the show better. Paul & David made the show. They were awesome actors and directors.
This film is a masterpiece. Everything about it is fantastic. The cast, the soundtrack, the script, it all works so well. Easily one of the best vampire films ever.
I was born in the 90’s and was introduced to Superman: The Movie in 2000 and thats when I was introduced to this character through this movie, I extremely enjoyed it and ever since became a huge Superman Fan!
I loved it as a kid, I started watching it at 8 years old in 1977 and I was hooked 😊
One of my favorite movies ! I introduced it to my daughter years ago….years later is one of her favorites too. We watch it often. This movie will definitely keep moving from generation to generation . ❤
My favourite movie of all time growing up, time bandits is fighting and terminator 1.
Awesome film
This is the BEST vampire movie ever.
Good show.. long before chit got woke
It's almost sounds reductive when Joel says, "it's a teenage vampire movie". In my opinion, it's one of the best movies ever made, regardless of genre. I just consider it a great movie, without any particular label. Music, casting, performances, video work, story - all top notch. This is one of those movies I never get tired of watching, no matter how many times I've seen it.
Jami Gertz is a Goddess in this movie and Less than Zero, Crossroads also. Man she's really Beautiful.
oh yea the plate on the bike wheel, yes!! so cool as a kid
Vvghhhhjjjkioioiioo

Even the soundtrack was awesome. Although Kiefer was unknown, as my Dad saw him in one scene he said, "that has to be Donald Sutherland''s son" 🤣
Yep, looks just like him.

I love this movie to no end. One of my favorites and grew up watching this movie. Caught it when ever it was on. Love the video!!!!!
Glenn Larson made so many shows in the 1980s that I loved. I don’t know what my childhood would’ve been like without them. I just wish when they make the great TV shows into movies that they at least would follow the premise of the TV show and the true fans that grew up with that show. The original TV show was about a stuntman who was a part-time bounty hunter? The new movie has nothing to do with bounty hunting, it’s a stuntman that’s looking for some movie star that didn’t show up for the movie, Whoopty, Ding!!!
This is at the very least a "watch once a year" movie for me. And don't let me find out someone in my circle has not see The Lost Boys. because I will arrange a viewing for sure.
Rich n famous like me? U aint learnt at all.😊
Wow all the guys behind making the film seem gay as And the two Corey’s seem like they said it was painful for them So sad
