I've found that when dealing with jump stitches that are pretty tight to the fabric it is fairly easy to snip them out with cuticle cutters. I got tired of wrestling them with scissors. Thank you for the patch tutorial! Do you prefer a certain type of felt as the base? When I tried to make a patch the felt that I used didn't work that well.
