This was a community impact investment....great job Greenleaf!!!

Everything you said is accurate with caveats - for example the DocuSign cost was because we upgraded to get the Enterprise management admin tool for security and it was a one time cost. We are evaluating other e-sign products to avoid that cost in the future. The Google Workspace agreement was a high tide agreement at a discount, which will be renegotiated this year. Always looking for increased flexibility, more features at a lower cost!

Giving back is one of the best thing someone can do. Positively impacting the lives of others. I just want to take this opportunity to celebrate you and all givers by extension. God bless you!!

Appreciate this update. One piece of feedback would be to start with an summary slide around projected investor IRR. Bottom lining my investment unrealized loss / gain would be helpful & build trust. I realize it's a 10 year journey and appreciate the work you all are doing to manage these assets thru a super challenging environment!

But greenleaf management cannot figure out how to keep a clean and healthy environment at Fairway Court. Trash bins are horrible and it stinks. The farm is cleaner than the property.
