Nice
Can you do more videos of your layout? This looks great 👍
So many questions… the module must require a real life locomotive to move so much concrete. Will this module integrate with others in your yard or with other local modules? I used a fair amount of concrete in my garden railroad, but it was poured in place.
Great bridges!!!
Wow.
Schou essa maquete parabéns a minha também é de jardim
will the rails rust? I'm planning to make one to
Wow that's a dream come true, too bad I can't do it due to floodings in my area
Music isn't needed Hearing the locos pulling away and the track sounds is far more appealing.
How r u running it through the rain without damaging the engines?
Awesome!
What did you use for Ballas Road bed and bridges to protect from UV light damage
are your trains track powered or battery powered
👍
Cool, I like this
Boa noite acabei de me inscrever no canal ,sou do Brasil.
How do you deal with the weather? I have all my HO trains and tracks in boxes because I have no room for a layout. My backyard would be the best place but I am worried about the tracks rusting up and the cars / engines damaging.
Consider battery powered radio controlled, aka dead rail.
Wow that is so cool
That was magnificent , well done. Those bridge scenes are awesome 😊👍
Did you have to weather proof the track or is it nickel/silver
Most likely Nickel Silver Rail. Also there's a product out there that anyone can use called Ox-Gard. Lightly applying that to the rails means less rail cleaning and it helps with electrical pickup to the various locomotives. I use it on my indoor layout and i haven't had to clean/polish the rails yet (4 years going so far).
@@WWIIREBEL interesting. Looks like I've got some planning for my mother's flower beds
That is so cool I can’t wait to expand my garden railroad and try to build such beautiful bridges and those canyon scenes are amazing I love it when the train is inside a canyon that is so cool
How does it stay safe throughout the weather its a beautiful layout and being i dont have space indoors id love to do an outdoor one
Amazing! Track bed is also from concrete?
Hi, yes track bed is from concrete :) And ballast and track are fixed by epoxy.
so do you have to take down your set afterwards?...how do you protect the tracks when it rains?...
Okay -- wow! :-) Now I see how you're using your 3D printed track roadbed molds from your last videos! Is that a pervious pavement mix of concrete under the moss?
Garden railway ho ?
Cool idea about the outdoor layout! Please tell me what music is playing from 6:52. I've heard this soundtrack before in other videos, but I couldn't figure out its name. Thanks!
Wow, that looks great! Can you do my garden? Your video deserves more views. I think you need a more impressive thumbnail and title. A close up of your train with your cool background. I am searching for some inspirational train videos haha. I loved the rain! I am bad with titles but a "How to" usually does well so "How To Build An Amazing Outdoor H0 Train Module!" Remember me when you have a million views!
Thank you. Good suggesion. :)
Beautiful
Fantastic!!! 😍 What tracks is used for HO to the outside?
Your concrete work is amazing, Thanks for posting 👍🇨🇦
Is it safe for them to be in the rain? I wanna do this but I fear it might ruin it
for analouge trains they should work just fine. but long term they might be damged due to corrotion. i wouldn't try with digital thoug, if water gets into the decoder then it will probably ruin it.
@@alexsrailway5420 fair enough, thanks for the info!
@@_slashes i think sams trains, once ran a analouge train under water in a kiddie pool
@@alexsrailway5420 I saw that video, rather interesting
Me wishing I could have a garden railway for my trains
Very impressive HO outside.
Pretty monster sized cars for the scale of HO.
What are you using for the green vegetation? Is it real moss? Such a GREAT piece of work/art, thank you for posting
Thank you for comment. Yes this is real living moss :) This is probably first H0 layout it needs watering
@@archimagebrno9783 Wow -- that looks like California during the couple months of the year that everything's green! Nice! :-)
I have to say that this Outdoor HO Scale Garden Railway looks Great Weather in my area would be torture to an HO Scale outdoor layout My congratulations on a well done. I have had a portable model of a garden railway for years that I take to train shows. It is called "The Tree Stump Railroad" It is also what you do with the tracks around your Christmas Tree and don't know what else to do with it. I built a Tree Stump in the middle of a circle of dual tracks that once was the Christmas Tree trains. I just tell everyone that the Christmas Tree was getting to big for the living room. and had to cut it down. Inspired by reading Garden Railway Magazines, I decided I would have to sell everything I had in HO to get just a few G Scale trains. So the Tree Stump Railroad Railroad was born. After going to a few shows, People started giving me things to put on it and it is now known as an " I Spy Layout for kids " just as the I Spy Books that you had as a kid... everything from Ants and Butterfly's to Bears and Raccoons, rabbits, and yes a few snakes.... even a movie star. The layout has been to 80 plus train shows in Central Indiana, Ohio, and Illinois so far over many years. I even put it in for an article for the Garden Railway Magazine but got turned down. I asked what do you want, Real Dirt?? They never answered back. I had a real tree limb, and the mulch was ground up leaves ground in my wife's blender. at least that is what I tell folks at the shows. It is a hit with kids and we find the parents will also try the I Spy list to be not shown up by their Kids. I have one young visitor that seen Thomas running on it and he stayed right with Thomas as it went round and round for Yes 1 and 1/2 hours. The young man was probably still in diapers and most likely crashed when he hit the car seat to go home. To this day that hour and a half has not been to this day, broken yet. Even his Mother was surprised how long he lasted. He never missed a circle with Thomas. Thomas is a regular on the layout along with a short Circus train or an occasional run of HogWartz Express. Newman Atkinson SHRINEHILLRAIL with the Tree Stump Railroad.
Nice video, but the sound was inappropriate and way too loud - thank goodness for the mute button!
One advantage of G scale as far as I know is that it doesn't use track power. It uses internal battery power, this eliminating the need to keep the track free of corrosion. So it just now occurred to me that HO cars are big enough to house batteries and even an RC receiver if desired. This would place HO in the enviable position of also not needing to be corrosion free. Hmm ...
Just what I was thinking! I was imagining getting one of those big blow diesel turbines and puttin batteries & rc receiver in its companion units, one of which would have been the fuel tender on the prototype
@@hozkahilgarri3936 Great minds think alike!
This is great! I live in Greenwood Arkansas. I'm intent on building my layout outside as well. I'm curious where you are located and what whether is like there?
The realism is incredible.
Amazing!!! I gotta ask, how do you keep the track clean?
What audio did you use?
What's the weather like for you guys? Do you get winters? If so would it be best to clean it up every winter or leave it outside? I'm in Canada so I only have like 6 months of summer
how did you get the tracks to power up outside?
Show! parabéns. Gostaria de saber si vc já rodou os mesmos na chuva ou neve e si são dcc som. Abraços!
Wow! Concrete bad instead of wooden for h0 rails! That’s serious, and nobody do itI absolutely love it! Please, upload more!!!
Soigne un peu ta déco autour des voies et ce sera bien !
AWESOME!!!!! Keep up the good work.
AWESOME, EXCELLENT and PERFECT!!!!! Thank you for sharing and keep up the good work.
