You have to Improve some Relationship status to level3 so you can Woohoo.. First flirt-Greetings then Date in Cafe. Until you reach level 3 in the Relationship with someone Sim. So you can have a Woohoo option, And make a Baby. ❤️

To age up a baby to a toddler, Same as a toddler to a child, you need to wait for the blue birthday cake icon to appear in a speech bubble above their heads and just tap it. This can vary in time, To do this, you must do interactions with the baby and complete sets of family event. It will take a day or two depending on your activeness in the game. but more often than not a baby can turn to a toddler within 24 hours.

Thank you for your concern and having a comment. I'm still in the process to learn more about playing and how to make good in the video games. Well if you're asking? About the girl with the Braids Hairstyle, she was born naturally with a light skin because of her Parents. But if the parents was black maybe she would be having the same skin color, also we can edit the physical appearance of the Sim(player) in this Game but I prefer what they actually look like when they are developed since what they look when they are Born. That's why. Just sharing if you want to know.
