He was sold only online in 2023-2024 I got him in 2022
I just got this put it together, and no matter where i put the switch, on, off sensor, it just stays on. WTF is wrong with this? No idea what to try.

I have one and if you don’t have a huge opening for a door it won’t fit in regular doors it’s huge mine has two go out my sliding doors out back lol
