Shoulder Workout at home - Simple 4 lifts in 10 mins
Ready to build strong, defined shoulders? This 4-exercise shoulder workout is perfect for anyone looking to add strength and size to their upper body. We're hitting all three deltoid heads-front, side, and rear-with a mix of classic and bodyweight moves:
Shoulder Press - Build overall shoulder strength and power.
Lateral Raise - Sculpt those side delts for a wider, more defined look.
Front Raises - Target your front delts to balance out your shoulders.
Pike Pushups - A bodyweight finisher to challenge your stability and add strength.

If theres one thing i could say im pretty sure your upper body should be straightening at the same time as your legs.So you should not have to lift your chest up after your legs are straight.Hope this helps

Do you have a clip of yours? I have a few tweaks that I think will help me get more weight. I’ve been hanging at 460-470 ish (not in video) and want to start going past that. Thanks tho bro. Let me know if you have one you want me to watch
What are the spotter arms you have and how do they line up? I have the same rack.
@ironhallgym, these are not going to be your fav spottter arms but they are super inexpensive compared to a rogue safety arm ( I have a folding rogue rack too) They line up fine but are a bit short. They are great for Bench press and shoulder press, rack pulls ect. . . I find that they are short for squats. I usually further away where I'd want a longer arm. Suppose you could just squaat in the rack and use included safety bars but I usually don't. I put the link in the description (not affiliate) for the ones I had purchased.
These tips are exactly what I needed! I’ve been overcomplicating my mornings, and this breakdown makes it feel way more doable. I’m excited to start small, build consistency, and try out some new 'fuel' strategies (hello, hydration!). Also, getting outside for some fresh air in the morning (when its warm) will help me go further and keep it interesting. Please add timestamps to videos.

Going wider on pullups doesn't focus more on width. It limits the range of motion of the lats, thus limiting their development. Shoulder width or narrower gives the lats the greatest stretch and range of motion and thus the greatest development. The function of the lats is to bring your arm from directly overhead , down towards your torso. Using a wider grip only activates the other muscles (mid-lower traps and rhomboids) more and takes the strain away from your lats.

Start slow, good advice. I got my first gps watch last week and used it on a 5k on Saturday. Good views help, I took a selfie with a cow even. My dogs love the route, my son is now 6 mins quicker than me on the 5k, so I take the dogs daily and my son joins me on Saturdays, if other sport allows. Thanks for a great video.
