Hi Deidra! You have a sweet and inviting personality, and I'm sure a lot of cooking knowledge, but I think you could benefit from editing the videos down to a shorter format. That way it has the essential steps and quick process showings that keep the viewers attention, while still allowing for chit-chat with the audience. A 15 - 20 minute video is sure to have more clicks than an hour long one. Sorry if I overstepped! I just thought to give you a bit of advice based on what I have seen gains traction on RUclips 😅 and this one might just be a preference, but landscape is an easier watch than portrait. Have fun cooking and filming!

My grandmother used to make fried southern style potatoes. I've tried and tried to Mahe them myself, but i just don't come close to how hers tasted.
