@@MichaelWolk-hx1zv BNSF runs 2-6 trains In the daylight on the BNSF River Subdivision, it runs from St. Louis to Chaffee, MO near Cape Girardeau where it crosses over the UP Chester Sub, where it continues to Memphis, TN. The Mississippi Lime Company (operated by road&rail services) operates the trackage from Ste Genevieve yard to the lime kiln, with a temporarily active line that runs all the way to Bismarck where it connects with the UP DeSoto Sub. The Lime Kiln trains are sent north on the river sub instead of taking the sketchy poorly maintained track that they own, they only use that line when the river floods over the BNSF tracks north of Ste Genevieve or in Ste Genevieve. This was formerly operated by Union Pacific, who from what I know still owns at least partially all of the line kiln track but sold the operations to Road&Rail services in 2021, before it was Union Pacific, it was the Mike and Ike rr (Missouri and Illinois is the real name) which I think merged with UP but I’m not sure on that one 100%. That’s all I know abt the track around here I live just a short drive from Ste gen, and it’s where my grandma and grandpa raised me the first 4 years of my life so that my parents could work full time , they still had be with them around 30% of the time , but most of my life was with grandma and grandpa down there,

@@MichaelWolk-hx1zv back when I was younger, I had no idea where they went what they did what they were carrying, but as I got older and joined different Facebook groups, it became more first-hand knowledge for me
