    So, their original 45m estate was only reduced by 3.7M. They're going to use part of the. 25.87m policy death benefit to cover estate taxes on the 41.3 on top of paying the other beneficiaries. The goal of an ILIT is to create liquidity to cover estate expenses but the actual amount of the original estate that it reduced by wasn't that great. Also, how is the 180k/year taxed? Gift-splitting for 10 kids (2024 numbers) so they didn't have to run into annual exclusion issues?

    Dayna simple question....What is the percentage of the total returns that Nationwide gets investing premium money in the two buckets end to be credited to the annuitant? It is 10 %, 30 % or 50 %.... To be simplistic, it seems that if the majority of the premium lets say is 70 % is invested in the 1st bucket where these returns covers all Nationawide operating cost, profit and guarantees then we are taking about that 30% of the returns ends to the annuitant...

    Could I have some advice ?My parents had a joint will in 1990 that my veteran bedridden 76 year old father shown me 2 months before he passed away on September 01,1990.For 16 years after my dad passed away mom never changed her estate plan until she was 86 years old and my niece & husband moved my 86 year old mother off her 2-1/2 acres homestead farm acreage to their house where me the oldest son & my 2 little sisters did not have their address ,even when i called and asked to see my mom but i forget what excuse he gave me ,but he did not provide me with his address until the next year when my mother passed away then nieces husband called me of the news of my moms passing and then he provided me with his address.Only to be told by their new attorneys letter niece hired after they had my 86 year old mother moved to their house which i was disinherited & each of my little sisters were left $150.00 each .The year they moved our 86 year old mother off her estate us 3 kids had been adopted for 33 years.My 2 nieces each taken 50% percent of everything my veteran parents owned,built,possessed,invested,banked,acquired,saved,paper,clothes,knick knick knacks,appliances,pensions,life insurance policies,government savings bonds,stocks ,bonds,checking ,savings,retirement benefits,401ks,everything.I the eldest son with many disabilities on SSI and Medicaid,Food stamps.This year in March 2023 some 15 years later I proofread moms revocable trust general durable power of attorney and found a paragraph which reads.3.22. Power with Respect to Gifts and to Create Additional Trusts where my mother authorized (my niece) the attorney-in-fact to make gifts of her property.( niece sold parents acreage of 62 years ,but this year 2023 I found the Oklahoma State Statute Homestead probate property by law is not subject to administrative proceedings & must be delivered by executor to the chilldren.My SSI only pays for my rent and bills.
