On November 23rd 2019, Dad and I went to Seokpajeong ✨ where is a villa once occupied by Heungseon Daewongun, the father and regent of Emperor Gojong. On November 9th 2019, I spent a beautiful day with mom at Changdeokgung & ChanggyeonggungPalace in Jongno, Korea. Finishing the day with one of my fav meals, Korean bbq with mom & dad 😋🍖 세상에서 제일 사랑하는 우리 엄마와 창덕궁, 창경궁 나들이 간 날 🥰 하늘도 맑고 낙엽도 너무 아름답게 물들었어요. 서울의 매력은 정말 무궁무진 한 것 같아요. 조선왕조의 흔적도 찾아갈 수 있고 체험할 수 있는게 참 좋았어요. 저녁에는 집 근처에서 엄마아빠와 꽃갈비살이랑 돼지갈비를 먹었지요 아아. 한국의 하루하루가 너무 소중합니다. ✨

안녕하세요! 이번에도 별일없이 토론토에서 사는 한국인 그레이스의 Daily Vlog를 공유해요. 10월의 토론토는 날이 엄청 쌀쌀해졌어요. 9월에는 말도 안되게 엄청 더워서 좋았는데 (더운거 좋아함) 이제는 공기가 완전 가을겨울 해요. ㅎㄷㄷ 이곳에선 PSL이 겨울이 오고있음을 알려주는 지표가 되는데요 (winter is coming) ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ Pumpkin Spice Latte a.k.a. #PSL 는 스타벅스에서 2003년부터 출시되고서 왠만한 프랜차이즈 커피점엔 시즌메뉴로 다 있어요. 펌킨스파이스는 Thanksgiving에 먹는 펌킨파이에 들어가는 향신료를 말하는데요, 보통 시나몬, 넛맥, 클로브가 메인인데요, PSL은 기존 카페라떼에 이 향이 첨가된 시럽을 넣는거에요. 그래서 아주 달아요....

Why would you eat at a PF Chang’s and Shake Shack?!? Chicago has so many great places that are not chain restaurants.

We don't have PF Chang's and Shake Shack in Canada 😂at least they are consistent with food quality and the service. I wish we had gone to more local restaurants.

Hi there, I am sorry 😥 that I don't have much information about accommodation since I am Korean. However, Hannam area is not the best for tourists to stay. That area is usually for luxury boutiques/shops/restaurants/museum- not residential.

Chicago is a beautiful city. I have a few videos of the city too.
Lou Malnati’s is a must to eat! Chicago Vienna Sausage (Chicago hot dog) also a must. Downtown will take about 4 days to sightseeing (if you actually like the museums you might need seven days). Then you got uptown in the Lakeview area where Wrigleyville is, that would take you a full day specially if you go to a Cubs game. Then you got Wicker Park on Damen, Humbolt Park on Division street (Rican community great food), You got Chinatown, Lincoln Park, shoot you need minimum two weeks 😂

Hi, you can get off at subway station Noksapyung station(line 6) exit number 6 and transfer to local bus "Yongsan 03" it goes to Kyungridan-gil where there are lots of small shops and restaurants. You can just walk from Noksapyung station to Kyungridan-gil too. Go explore Hannam-dong/Itaewon/Hangangjin area all together! Hope you enjoy Seoul :)

Try and venture out of downtown more! There’s so many amazing parts of the city outside of downtown! That’s the one thing I like to tell tourists when they come to visit.

You’re so right! Every city that I go to for work I tell them to go to NYC first so whenever they come to Chicago they’ll be so impressed they will never consider any other city again! My second favorite so far is Pittsburgh!
I agree. Chicago is so much more aesthetically pleasing, cleaner, and you still have all the world-class amenities because it’s a global (first class) city. After looking at NYC, again, NYC just looks dark, dreary, and dirty compared to Chicago.
