Hello friends! One of my hobbies is the metal detecting. In my channel I will try to demonstrate the advantages and disadvantages of my metal detectors. If you have questions, or comments I will be glad to answer. As well, if you want to see some particular test of some of my detectors, just let me know and I will try to make a video for you.
XP DEUS test with gold nugget in the ground
This is a quick test with 0.2 grams gold nugget buried at 5 cm (2 inches) in the ground. The soil in my test box if moderately mineralized. I have pretty bad interference problems in my yard so the sensitivity is reduced to 80. The 18 kHz frequency is very sensitive to interference. As you can see we have a clear detection at this depth. This is a very tiny gold nugget, so by my opinion the XP DEUS sensitivity to gold is really impressive. I even think that most of the VLF gold prospecting detectors on the market will fail with the same test. Of course the GPX series of Minelab is

This is a quick test of my brand new Teknetics Eurotek Pro. It is a light, sweet, easy to use metal detector with everything you need. Very simple, but functional. The recovery speed is not so "Lighting Fast" as it is advertised, but it is not bad at all for this price range. It is not the deepest machine, but for 9V battery machine 30 cm for 1e coin in the air is not bad at all.

The first thing i noticed is that your using the wrong coil for gold , you need the white elliptical coil for gold hunting . Those black coils dont have a high enough frequency for gold
But they can be used by gold prospectors,18khz can be a good frequency for 0,25 to 1 gram nuggets
this video is 7 years old now they have the x35 series i have the 9" and found 1/2 gram nugget running it at 25khz i have found grain sized nugs with Fisher F75 running at 13khz not ideal but any frequency above 18khz has a good chance as long as you know your detector the gold monster runs about 45khz and seems to be a good frequency range, but yes the elliptical and round white XP coils with their high frequencies are ideal for those smaller more common nuggets the gold bug 2 is still a proven nugget finder at 71khz

Put same size coil on the deus and then compare .. Gm detectors are very fast in recovery and great in iron fested area,s They Will equally hit targets among trash.

Can you write down this program please budy in your writing bellow mate. I'm new to the deus and I'm grttin disheartened as I haven a clue if mine is goin deep or not or if there is nothin deep in my fields. I have done a deep setting from a video of RUclips but everythin I dig is only at a 1inch deep. On the other hand my mate with me has a Q40 and he was laughing at me yesterday as he could see my frustration he was digging very small targets at 10 and bellow inches. I understand I have a long way to go to learn. But would like a program I no that's deep. Also I'm struggling to understand what means what and when and why I need to change settings. I appreciate what you are doing here, however, it is not "real" conditions and I'm wondering what settings I would use in some of the ground I come up against. Not wanting to be a party pooper but this material looks loosely packed and is coarse looking, would the same apply in wet clay, heavy ground or mineralised soil? I still gave you a like and thumbs up because your test will definitely help some detectorists out there. Cheers.

I wouldn’t say air tests are useless but why are you playing around with sensitivity? Sense should always be max possible as long no disturbances can be heard. Depth in relation to different frequency is more interesting
Everything a few people have said regarding your settings is true. But let me add that I would never take the stock coil into a high trash area: for that I use the Cord Point 5" coil. With your settings, and the stock coil, you set the machine up to fail.

Nope,... if it's struggling at 10'' inches,.... get a Tesoro Tejon, Lobo or DeLeon,.. Lobo would be my pick. I'd be weary of Technetics T2 in green,.. because China makes the GF2 in green so who is to say that they are no all made in china, T2 and fisherF75,.. and their only calling the Gold finder GF2 a clone because,.. they have been found out. If your paying $150 for a detector and selling it for 800.00 thats $650.00 in profit,.. So technetics droped their price from T2 from $800.00 down to $399 till the heat cooled down now it's $499.00. I see clones for nearly all detectors, whites, Nokta, garret, fisher f74 is a clone to the technetics T2and the T2 is a clone to the GF2,.....See for your self>>>----------> www.alibaba.com/showroom/gold-detector-gf2.html And my Whites MXT finds things at 47 inches deep with the stock coil. But that's in my yard not a gold nugget,....But my whites MXT tells where the gold is hiding The whites MXT and perhaps the GMT gives you the GND= number,... that tells you where the black sand is. Dig it up and run it through a gold cube. Deus don't impress me.

just a matter of settings, even my expl 11 is faster in recovery and thats a even slower machine. truth is that they are not fast , they where not built to be fast . but they can do better than this
