Is this ceramic window film? If so, isn't it supposed to go on the outside? Doesn't polycarbonate and plexiglass both outgas over time, and therefore ruin film?

You make it look so easy! Can I ask what solution you use as in ratio of water to soap ? Also is there a film which copes with internal lighting ? As during the day the film conceals those behind the glass, but! When the lights are on in the evening, you can see straight into the rooms! Thanks for posting another informative vid
I applied the same type of privacy glass, it's a brilliant product but! At night it offers no privacy as with the lights on you can see the occupants inside, is there any other products that can offer some sort of privacy, thanks in anticipation
use a curtain
it's about privacy during day time, which is very usefull because you can look out without having curtains. It's not about night time
It's effective only in day, not at night if lamp light use inside the room.
A year later, but since not a single person answered your question, yes, there are privacy films you can install in a wide variety of patterns. Note that they are not "one way", meaning the outside will look just as distorted, blurry, translucent, or whatever as the film of your choice. There are some that make it look frosted, others that have a pattern so its like looking through bushes, and others that just slightly distort the picture so you can't make out anything distinct.
