What we forgot to mention in the video is that I raise my chair up enough to be even, or slightly above the shower chair seat. It is much easier to lift across, or down- than to lift up.

When your breathing is compromised, it is very important to use a cough assist and suction machine. With compromised breathing comes the inability to expel mucus from your throat and lungs.
