You saw how human spock can turn when he cries out Khan's name in rage.
The thing about Vulcans not feeling is that when it goes wrong, you really REALLY won't like them when they're angry...
It is like look at the pass
Believe me, you weren’t
It's funny how roles are reversed. In the second movie of the prime timeline, spock dies. In the kelvin timeline, it's kirk.
This will NEVER beat the original.
Thi isn't Kirk and Spock. This is wannabe Kirk and Spock. It doesn't count.
This was great. As a true Trekkie, this scene was just as powerful as the original one in the prime timeline when it was Spock who died this way.
This like Star Trek2 wrath of con
Nope this only works in reverse the original so they can make the 3rd search for Spock that make since Spock body could handle it more before death you can’t tell me a human would been able to do that I like the original it works
Fix your chitty cam. Thumbs down.
Nope. The original still rules; ruclips.net/video/eVIt0DYKssI/видео.htmlsi=FahDmTpQqRlLf2wT
You've successfully made a Vulcan angry. You should probably run.
MIRIAM MARTIN CAPTAIN KIRK LOVE 😭
The actors in the star Trek Reboots are second to none!!
when kirk died, thats when spock reverted back to ancenstry days of voilence,he lost it right there,,,all the emotion was coming out
So good, his rage at Khan for taking Jim his future T'hy'la was just🤏💋
0:07 Spock Runs Out Of Ship Warp Core / Grounded
You are not the only one
This scene doesn’t do anything for me. A couple of boys pretending to be men. The original in Star Trek 2 is lightyears better.
Agreed. Mostly. I saw this movie in theater and face palmed at this scene. I think the actors were incredible in this scene, but that doesn't change the fact that this is just a carbon copy of TWOK. That just kills any emotion here. Then shortly after this, Abrams went and made his first Star Wars movie, which was just a carbon copy of the very first Star Wars movie. What a shock..
I just realized this scene would've been SO much better if Nimoy was the Spock that came to his aid in this scene. I dont care if I get hate, I actually love the 2009 movie but this movie is just a shameless ripoff. Abrams made an alternate timeline with infinite possibilities and they just ripped off of WoK and reversed the roles. Thats just lazy. Also, as much as I think Benedict Cumberbatch is a fantastic actor, he just doesn't quite work as Khan in my opinion. He did the best he could with what he had to work with, the casting just didnt make sense.
Bullshit ass ripoff from the original and comes no where near as close. Stop with the fucking reboots already you fucking uncreative hollywood hackers.
I loved the movie fuck off noob
@@lordbeerus6182 Calm down. You can't deny that Into Darkness is a carbon copy of The Wrath of Khan. The actors in this film did great, but that doesn't change the fact that the entire film itself is a rip off.
"and this.......is what you would have done" right in the feels
Every time the ve genre whizzes by & Sulu esse tally goes "HOLY SHIT" I bust out laughing.
Discovery ruined this franchise.
I love these movies.
This is the exact same scene at the end of Star Trek 2, only reversed. Look it up.
Incorrectly titled...this scene is not emotional. Now the exact same scene done in wrath of Khan...what this movie has the gall to rip off...now that was emotional as hell
This scene I admit made me tear up, and I wanted Spock to destroy Khan!
I’ve always enjoyed Star Trek and Star Wars. I never ventured out to other sci-fi movies or shows. These 2 gems just hit differently ya know.
The ORIGINAL Kirk-Spock dynamic was so emotionally palpable: Kirk: Spock. Spock: Ship... out of danger? Kirk: Yes. Spock: Don't grieve, Admiral. It is logical. The needs of the many outweigh... Kirk: ...the needs of the few. Spock: ...Or the one. I never took the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution? Kirk: Spock... Spock: I have been and always shall be your friend. Spock: Live long and prosper. I can understand why people have a certain lack of love for the new version. There is such an absence of anchoring history btw the two characters. In the TV series we literally had hours of their developing friendship as the predicate and foundation for the dialogue. Not so with THIS movie!
That Khan scream
Perfect scene!! just perfect!!
Man, I love this scene. Especially when kirk says, "it's what you would've done. It's only logical". And to see spock let loose... Felt like they both were balancing each other like yin and yang! That's friendship...
That's love 💕
Seriously Zach is an incredible actor. There's crying on cue and THEN there's crying on cue while holding it in. That must hurt😢
3:54 KHAAAAAANNN!!!!
This scene seems familiar...
A friendship=nobody can destroy that!:-(
A Capatain safe his Crew first!!!
Because you are my friend!!!! :-(
SCREW UT IT'S A SPIRK MOMENT. ITS OFFICIAL
Anyone watching this on channel 4 earlier( UK ).
When Spock died in front of Kirk, all Jim could give was a small "No." He just broke down and slumped. When Kirk died in front of Spock, he actually yelled in grief and anger.
"This is what you would've done." I really love that line because we KNOW it's true. I really love that this movie knocked Kirk on his prideful ass and he developed a humility in command. honestly the whole idea of him going from un-graduated cadet to captain of the flagship of the federation in the first movie irked the holy hell outta me.
I was actually thinking about that like we know he melded with OG timeline Spock who is to say that in order to help Jim understand better he didn’t show him some memories including his own death. Meaning when he tells Spock that he very well could have meant that literally because he knew in the OG timeline Spock had in fact done it. He wasn’t saying “I know you well my friend” he was saying “I couldn’t watch you die a second time, it was my turn”.
People say shouting your enemies name is cringe. I beg to differ
I admit it when he asked for help not to feel scared I actually lost a tear
I love how instead of Spock dying it's reverse now Kirk was dying
I prefer this yell to Shatners yell. Spock's yell is of anguish and rage. Shatner sounds like he was taking a a shit and his hernia played up.
On the original scene who dies is spock. I know they tried to homenage this moment reproducing but the original moment is too much emotional and hard. Spocks dead will be remember forever and ever 😭
The way he just immediately sprints down there 😭😭
