Amazing... are the solo seciton/blowing chord changes published anaywhere?

How did you decide on the chord names to use? (not criticizing, I'm a self taught musician and not qualified to tell anyone anything for sure, just curious) I guess keeping it simple is easier to read, but right away my ears hear something more like E/F#, Bmaj9 or F#/B, G/A, D6, Ab7b5, D/G...etc. i heard him talk about breaking his ideas down into triad blocks, right away it appears to me this composition demonstrates creating harmony in that fashion. I'm a guitar player and so when I use piano music, well, as a lot we're not great note readers (your notes seem fine, as in they sound great to me without going back to the piece), so if I arranged it I'd write out the chords that remind me of the voicings I'd need to use to solve the fretboard puzzle, unfortunately I can't play piano arrangements on guitar. But if say a guitarist tried to play along with the chords listed, the result would be, my guess, disappointing to the player. Chords will always be an inexact abbreviation of course. I see this though in every fake book. If I ever decide to try to work this out, this is really nice to know it exists because the hard part of determining the notes has been done. Nice job, sounds wonderful, it's an incredible composition.

Ich würde es mir definitiv zulegen, gerade als Zusammenstellung, so was wie «100 Easy Jazz Standards arranged for Piano». Ich habe so was für Klassik im Musikladen in Zürich gefunden, und es macht extrem viel Spaß, und ist sehr nützlich um in die Praxis reinzukommen. Deine 1-3-5-7 usw. Notation macht es auch sehr viel leichter zu begreifen, wie Voicings grundsätzlich funktionieren. Schönen Gruß aus dem Elsass 👋
